“Pod Point and their subcontractors kept me informed and arrived when agreed. Polite and efficient. Be aware of Distribution company/electrical supplier requirements. This can really slow the process down.”

“Very easy from start to finish. The engineer was prompt, friendly and explained everything in detail. The installation was quick and I'm very pleased with the exceptionally neat job. The only slight issue was the initial online ordering process was a little bit complicated and may be hard to follow for some.”

“The installation was fine. Would have been better if the installer ensured my home charger was linked to my app. I currently can't schedule charging which is very disappointing. Nobody is responding to my contact us request either.”

“Ordered on a Friday, installed on the Monday. The process was so straight forward it was unbelievable, should have done it sooner. The electrician was fab, while experience as five star.”

“I am still awaiting a reply from Dominic Evans to an email I sent in September, in which I enclosed a copy of an invoice for 108.00 for extra Electrical installation caused by your incompetence in telling me that a data cable was necessary in your initial instructions for the installation. I requested that pod-POINT credit me with this amount.”

“Management of installation suggested extra videos and extra costs for a straight forward installation which caused some consternation- luckily the installer sensibly fed back to his manager allowing an easy job and well done”

“Initially it took a while to arrange the correct set up on my fuse board before Pod Point would install. However on the day of installation my installer Franc was so helpful and suggested such an excellent set up for my charger. The standard of his work was excellent at every stage, very pleased with the final installation. The only thing I’m still trying to sort is the app which is proving a problem to set up fully.”
