“Phone calls with team very friendly. Installer very friendly. However disappointed that you send the money to pay for your home podpoint and then have to fill in a huge questionnaire with images and details!! I believe this should be done by an installer. Both myself and my family member had issues connecting the pod point to our wifi. We had to call email/tweet to get this fixed. The pod point was linked remotely afterwards. Maybe this should be done on the day of installation for convenience.”

“Could not have been happier with our Pod Point installation, both the speed of getting an appointment and the installation itself for which Jamie did such a great and tidy job! I was worried it was going to be a nightmare, but had no reason to be concerned - we now have a charger installed exactly where and how we wanted with minimal impact to the inside with cabling. Big shout out to Jamie!”

“The actual install of the podpoint was very good. The installer arrived on time and did a very neat job of connecting up the cables at each end that we had installed. He explained how to use it and left me with confidence. The whole procedure from initial contact took a lot longer than expected (1 Year) partly due to covid and lack of competent electricians in our area as we were asked to install the cables ourselves by PodPoint ready for connection at either end. This meant we missed out on both grants. When the installer arrived he was surprised that we had the cables already installed and waiting for connection. Connection to the App has been problematic.”

“From the beginning, Pod point stood above the rest as i did try to shop around for my home charger.The initial set up was friendly and positive, timelines were good and the physical installation ran smoothly. The installers were very professional. Overall service for myself personally was first class”

“Very straight forward. Requires a bit of effort - the need to upload photos of meters, fuses and outside of house and fill in questionnaire. But the turn around was very quick. Around a week from order to instillation. The installer was excellent. It did take a few hours but he explained everything we needed to know. Very helpful and competent.”
