Phone calls with team very friendly. Installer very friendly. However disappointed that you send the money to pay for your home podpoint and then have to fill in a huge questionnaire with images and details!! I believe this should be done by an installer.
Both myself and my family member had issues connecting the pod point to our wifi. We had to call email/tweet to get this fixed. The pod point was linked remotely afterwards. Maybe this should be done on the day of installation for convenience.
