“This is the third year we have got our Christmas tree from you and overall we have been extremely happy. The tree is beautiful. However, this year it was delivered 2 hours late. I can appreciate that the drivers got stuck in traffic and they were extremely apologetic when they arrived and even gave us complimentary mistletoe and set the tree up for us. We just would have appreciated a phone call explaining the situation instead of having to call you ourselves when it was already an hour late. Thanks though, the tree really is lush!”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from Pines and Needles. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although we received incorrect items at first, the correct ones were delivered the next day. Veronika in particular was very efficient :-)”

“The tree did not arrive on the specified date quoted to me and nobody rung or emailed me to let me know that the driver would not be coming between 9-5pm. I then chased the delivery the next day for again nobody to get back to me. I understand this is a very busy time but the least I expect is a courtesy call to let me know or to apologize about the disaster that happened the previous day. Once I got through to somebody, they were quite helpful and arranged a delivery slot. Once the delivery arrived, there was a little bit of difficulty with communication but in the end the tree is up and looks nice.”

Dear Laura, I've investigated the issue that happened that day. We went through some teething problems on the first 2 days of December but I can assure you we have addressed them so they won#t happen again. I know this might be no good for you now, but as an apology and a gesture of goodwill we'd like to offer you a 10% discount on your order in 2015. (Left note in your account to this effect).

“The complete service was excellent, from the friendly telephone staff, the notification that delivery would be happening in the next 30 minutes (so avoiding waiting around all day) to the helpful installation team. As well as this, the tree is fantastic.”

“Ordering was super easy and such a reasonable price. The delivery men were extremely friendly and cheery and sorted me out with a stand when it seems I forgot to order one. I couldn't have been more impressed with the overall service received. However, the tree itself this year is a little bit bare towards the top so doesn't look as big as I was expecting. But still beautiful so thank you very much :)”

“I was impressed with Pines and Needles getting in touch with us as they had in their system our company having purchased from them in the past. Quote given was good inc. a free mistletoe and mini tree. Everything was good apart from a) the delivery guy who dropped off the tree was a bit rude saying the client had made a mistake and delivered something incorrectly, I couldn't quite understand what he meant since we hadn't received anything prior to the delivery date we requested (1st Dec) and when I queried further I didn't really get an answer. b) they left out the free mistletoe and mini tree. when I called back on the 1st, they advised it would be redelivered the next day but it wasn't, called again on the 3rd and got it just before the end of day when we were closing up. Overall good though.”
