“The experience was great, the lady I ordered from couldn't have been more helpful and the delivery time was really quick and arrived on day as promised. “We ordered a 7 foot tree which is definitely 7 foot high but the top half of the branches on the top half of the tree are very sparse so it gives the appearance of being about 5 foot tall. I guess this is the danger when you buy a tree on line rather than choosing one yourself. However, the service was extremely good.”

“We have used Pines & Needles for a few years now and they have always given an excellent service. The two guys who delivered our beautiful tree this year were very jolly and good sports and one of our events girls took a photo of them to put on our twitter blog. “I am aware that the tree is measured from base to tip, however I was not aware that that meant you could order a six foot tree that is about one third bare at the top. A very sad looking tree so we will need to trim off the top foot or more so it doesn't look so bad. Not a very impressive office tree.”

“Just like to say that the staff at Wembley were very polite and friendly. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and one of the guys in the yard offered to show us around explaining the types of trees they had and the different fragrances they give - unfortunately I can't remember his name! The staff in the office were all happy and friendly, I went back and brought a second tree and received a free mini tree which was a nice treat! Will definitely be buying my trees from here every year :)”

It was, however, just left by our front door in full view of passers-by; rather than behind our planters as requested.
