This is the third year we have got our Christmas tree from you and overall we have been extremely happy. The tree is beautiful. However, this year it was delivered 2 hours late. I can appreciate that the drivers got stuck in traffic and they were extremely apologetic when they arrived and even gave us complimentary mistletoe and set the tree up for us. We just would have appreciated a phone call explaining the situation instead of having to call you ourselves when it was already an hour late.
Thanks though, the tree really is lush!
