My daughter picked up a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve from Pines and Needles in Ealing Broadway at an excellent price but unfortunately did not think ( as they do) to pick up a stand. Try put up a tree without one! Thankfully when we went back Kedar very kindly helped us out. Thank you very much Kedar. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service, from my initial enquiry, answering my questions to help with order and delivery, to the tree's installation. Answered my queries regarding watering and after care. Tree in excellent condition and looking forward to decorating with the family. Two very helpful, cheerful elves and hardworking, too! (whose work was not yet done - 45 more deliveries to complete today!) I am sure Santa is very proud. best wishes to all.

I have had a Pines and Needles tree for several years and have always been impressed with their trees. We ordered a tree for delivery - pre-delivery communication was great, the delivery was on time, and was smooth, and most importantly, the tree is beautiful. Once again, am very happy with our tree.

Terrible tree. Had to ask for a refund. I did not accept the tree when it was delivered. And I tried to ask for a refund. Trying to talk to Simone on the phone was almost impossible. I will never use this company again. I am still waiting for my refund.

Stayed inside from 3-10pm missing a client dinner waiting for the tree with NO DELIVERY!! I was given NO updated delivery after many attempts and suddenly it was delivered the following night and DUMPED onto the pavement outside our house when noone was home! The public had to walk around the tree as it was dumped! I chased them up saying it was a health hazard leaving a tree when noone was home, they then collected it past 11pm ( we were out- a neighbour informed us) I WASTED days and HOURS trying to get a refund!! Apparently and suddenly "nobody" could find my payment details! although money was taken straight out of my account on the day I purchased.
