“Beautiful, freshly cut tree. Perfectly symmetrical. Only downside was the mess created when cutting off the netting ; not just needles, but an unusual amount of forest wet debris/reeds/grasses etc....probably half a bin bag full. Should have been a warning to protect the carpets!”

“I have been ordering my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles for a few years now..... and generally, I think they are very good, which is why I keep going back to them. This year we had a little mishap, in that I paid for the delivery drivers to 'set my tree up' in it's stand and they left it in the front garden, which I believe was a genuine misunderstanding as they offered to come back and set up when it was pointed out. The mistake was remedied by the team and the price of the 'setting up' was refunded very quickly. It also feels as though this years tree is not quite as ' full' with a lower diameter than last years..... so I hope this is not the shape of things to come! It's only these minor niggles that stop me rating them as 'Very Good'.....”

“Wow - I found this to be an excellent service. We have used Pines and Needles for our office for years and I decided to try it for the house. They were polite, helpful and very prompt. The team that delivered the tree was punctual and so nice with the small children in the house. I will be using them again next year.”
