“Unacceptable ! The removal team damaged the Xmas lights when undressing the tree, Pine and Needles refused to compensate promptly despite multiple phone and emails chasing. Paid total over £400 for tree, delivery, undress and removal, ie the total package! Overall okay until the last step during tree removal . Sent 2 inexperienced people over not knowing what they need to do, with inadequate tools, and they cut the branches before taking the lighting off, warned them but they still do whatever they want . Called the company immediately but no one answer . Send emails but no one willing to take responsibility promptly . 2 staff ignored emails already, they said they will only compensate if we purchase for 2026! Not reasonable.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. Helped provide trees very last minute for a wedding. They couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating, customer service responded on Boxing Day and all over the weekend!! The team on site were brilliant. Very impressed and grateful, they made a special day just a bit more magical. Beautiful trees, in great condition even after Christmas! Thank you so much”

“The shape of our Christmas tree was disappointing. It was missing a middle section. We also delayed getting our tree to December 11, but even a week later the tree was loosing a high number of needles with every movement or touch. It didn’t seem to be a freshly harvested tree.”

After an unexpected outcome with the delivery of my tree, Tarik handled it extremely well and ensured all matters were dealt with promptly & efficiently! Thank you Tarik. “A big, sparkly thank you to Pines and Needles for gifting us a beautiful Christmas tree! To say thank you, the children delivered homemade gingerbread men — and they were just as sweet as they looked! 🎄🍪 We’ve had so much fun decorating our tree. The children learned how to make their very own salt dough decorations, and they were so excited to hang their colourful, handmade ornaments for everyone to see.”

“Excellent service, from my initial enquiry, answering my questions to help with order and delivery, to the tree's installation. Answered my queries regarding watering and after care. Tree in excellent condition and looking forward to decorating with the family. Two very helpful, cheerful elves and hardworking, too! (whose work was not yet done - 45 more deliveries to complete today!) I am sure Santa is very proud. best wishes to all.”

We ordered a tree for delivery - pre-delivery communication was great, the delivery was on time, and was smooth, and most importantly, the tree is beautiful. “We are extremely happy with the Christmas tree from Pines and Needles for our school. The tree was fresh, full, and beautifully shaped, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere for both students and staff. The children absolutely loved decorating the tree and were so excited to be involved. It became a wonderful shared activity that brought lots of joy, creativity, and teamwork. The branches were strong enough to hold decorations securely, making it safe and easy for little hands to help. The tree has truly brightened our school space and helped create a warm Christmas spirit throughout the term. We are very pleased with the quality and service and would happily recommend Pines and Needles for schools and educational settings.”
