“Great service! Friendly, efficient and the tree looks so great! We had a bespoke design which they were happy to accommodate so thank you. Will definitely be using for years to come. We only wish they had told us they hadn't put in any water in the base as they left as we thought they had. Still very highly recommend! A++”

“Tree, lights and decorations fine but too confusing both on the website and by talking to one of your operators on the telephone as to what you get when you pay for it to be dressed. Surely it could be one fee for lights and decorations. Very misleading we were expecting the tree to be dressed so consequently disappointing.”

“We received two trees??! One large but very bare at the bottom and around one side and another small. i don't know why. not very happy with this tree and don't need the second one.”

“Excellent customer service from the ladies I spoke to when purchasing the Christmas tree. The tree came on time and was a lovely shape and had a lovely colour to it. Will defiantly be using your company again!”

“Nice Tree and great delivery service. our tree is a bit thin at he top whereas the bottom of the tree is packed with branches. The top 1/4 looks somewhat bare compared to the bottom half. I may consider purchase for next years depending on how long this one can stay green and retailn its pines.”

Dear Tim, We offer a 100% no questions asked quality guarantee. If you're not happy our driver will give you an alternative on the spot or we'll replace it at your earliest convenience. I see that you had your delivery on Monday, and you may have already decorated the tree. If re-delivery is not an option, I can refund part of the tree as an apology and offer you a free tree next year as a gesture of goodwill. Just let us know how you'd like to proceed. “We received the tree we ordered and I have to admit we were disappointed. It is a 7ft tree but it is nowhere near as nice as the one we got from you last year; most of the quarter top of the tree has no branches, just the middle one and the width of the tree is very small. We used your services again this year as we were delighted with the tree and the service you provided us last year but we will have to reconsider whether to use you next year as the tree selected is not up to the standards we have come to expect from you”

You don't have to keep the tree our guys selected for you, you just to let us know you're not happy and we'll replace it on the spot or at your earliest convenience. If we'd known, we'd have contacted you already. But I've registered the issue on our system and one of my colleagues will be in touch ASAP to discuss options with you. “I received two stunning trees for my office, which all of the staff and visitors have commented on what lovely trees they are. The both look very fresh and green and smell amazing. The process from ordering to delivery was perfect and we are very happy we made our purchase via pines and needles again this year”
