Very poor customer service. Bought a few things, no contact, no reply to emails or chat-bot messages. Generally very poor.

I have paid twice for parts because mango use Royal Mail there collection office is never open. And I need to buy some wheels but none of your wheels are available.

Terrible communication!! I've been waiting for a bike I paid for in full 4weeks ago , so far I've had to email 6times for updates and now I'm waiting for a courier to let me know when it's arriving! I was told this 3days ago and still nothing!full of excuses as to why it's not been the 2week lead I was originally told

I would gladly give a glowing review if only your sales department would answer my email

Communication is awful Giving customers a lead time / ETA when order has been received is just a basic and all that is needed . Responding to emails instead of ignoring them Answering the phone , not necessary usually but when there's zero communication shows you actually exist and haven't just taken someone's money. When someone parts with money , all that is needed is acknowledgement . Ignoring polite requests for updates causes trust issues 2 months later, still no bike, emails for updates ignored. You then ask for a review

Mango bikes are solid bikes. I had my first one for over two years but unfortunately had it stolen. Reordering that bike has shown me that Mango has taken a dive in quality when it comes to customer service. I ordered a seat a few months back and trying to return it had me call, email, and facebook message for weeks on end with an occasional vague response and then just being ignored. I eventually had to ask Paypal to step in since I had returned the item. With ordering my new bike, I was once again completely ignored. Absolutely no response on any line of contact this time. When my bike arrived, the wheels were the wrong colour and after a couple of weeks, I am having problems with one of the pedals/crank arms. I don't even want to bother trying to contact Mango about this as I've been constantly ignored in everything I've tried to do with them this year.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The next question asks how we communicated. We didn’t. They didn’t reply to my queries

I was filled with excitement when I placed an order for bike parts to enhance my bike. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by bike problems that rendered the purchased items redundant. Seeking a resolution, I initiated a return request and made multiple attempts to reach out through emails, live chat, and phone calls, but unfortunately, received no response. Taking matters into my own hands, I followed the return instructions on the website and sent the package back via 1st class. Regrettably, my attempts to establish contact with the company have been fruitless, leaving my refund in a state of processing without any indication of when a resolution might be reached.

I’ve sent at least five emails asking about the yellow tyres and whether they will come back into stock and been completely ignored! Just had red tyres delivered and that service was fine but I won’t be using your company again as I won’t be ignored when the market place is saturated!

Terrible customer service. Completely ignored most of the time. Took far far longer than advertise to deliver and then when it did finally turn up parts of the order were wrong. One of the worst companies I’ve ever ver had the misfortune of dealing with.

I ordered a bike from Mango. The product is probably decent but unfortunately just not for me. It was heavier than I would have liked and the handlebar was not suitable. They offered that I could order a new handlebar to be shipped to a local bike shop that could replace it for me, or to return the bike and gave me the return address. I chose to return it and since then I’ve not been able to reach Andrew or anyone at this company. They received my returned bike according to Parcelforce on 12th June which is over 6 weeks ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and called many times but there’s complete radio silence. I had seen the bad reviews on Trustpilot before I bought the bike, so I can’t say I wasn’t warned. I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card company as I’ve given up on wasting my time and energy on this.

Mango sent me a faulty bike... Their customer service is dreadful. I have tried.. calling, emailing, web chat, instagram DM, commenting on instagram MULTIPLE times. I rarely like to leave bad reveiws, especially on small businesses but when I have spent almost £600 on a brand new bike you would like to have thought the parts would be tested before they are shipped. I had to fork out to buy a brand new wheel so I could ride it. I took it to a local bike shop to check the bike and how it was put together, they confirmed it was put together fine and that the rear wheel was faulty and so was one of the pedals. I managed to get a reply from Mango on the web chat saying they were going to help me and that they had emailed me (which is a lie, I've not received a single email and nothing in my spam/ junk folders...) Since this messaged I am ghosted... The payment method I have chosen has been paused and put on hold until you fix this issue - so far it's been almost 3 weeks of chasing and being ghosted... hopefully a negative review will get your attention but I won't hold my breath. This is such a shame - the bikes are quality and now I have a new wheel it rides well... the customer service has MASSIVELY let you down and sadly ruined my experience - which could have been super easy and simple and quickly fixed, I am a very laid back person and really didn't mind if I had to wait for a new wheel and pedal to be sent... unforunately the follow up customer care is massively lacking and has really ruined the experience for me - sadly I would avoid... I wish I got an Oliver bike instead! To make matters worse you constantly send emails asking for reviews... just reply to my issues and sort it.

I bought the customisable original single speed bike. I have to say that I was disappointed with the quality, especially at the price of nearly £500. Firstly, I received the wrong colour pedals. Secondly, despite screwing into the crankset easily, the right pedal loosened while I was out riding and actually fell off while I was mid ride. This happened on a busy main road and could have been dangerous. On inspecting the crank thread, it had completely disintegrated. I contacted Mango about this and they told me it was my fault for cross threading the pedal -next time I screw in a pedal I will be sure to have cryptonite next to me as I must have superman levels of strength to be able to cross thread a pedal all the way in without any resistance. Mango would not let me return the bike despite this having happened within a week of me receiving the product. In addition, for the few miles I was able to cycle the bike before it broke, the ride was uncomfortable and the brakes alarmingly squeaky. The handlebar grips are incredibly cheap looking and feeling. Overall very unhappy with the product and the customer service.

Hi Robert We're sorry about the issue you had. As discussed following the photos you sent through, this was due to the pedal not being fitted correctly. It doesn't instantly destroy the threads, the issue happens because the pedal and crank arm threads aren't fully engaged correctly. This play then gets worse and results in the pedal falling out as experienced here. Miche is a world-class crankset manufacturer used by many top and professional riders and teams. We moved to them a few years ago and have had very few issues with the thousands of bikes built and dispatched worldwide. We're still keen to get you sorted so just reply back to the emails sent.

Not happy with the handle bar bag that I have got from you. It was said that it is waterproof, but it is not waterproof at all... I would like to send this back and get my koney back, sorry

Where to begin, You advertised parts that weren’t available. You then advised us that you didn’t have the parts in stock. When we responded you told us that you incorrectly told us what parts you didn’t have in stock. When we responded asking more questions, you ignored us. Then I wrote a follow up email asking for you to respond which you didn’t. Then we received an email letting us know our bikes were shipped. Without knowing what was shipped to us I wrote another email asking what was going on. When the bikes hit our country we were told we needed to pay 340 in import duty. talk about a kick in the guts. So again I wrote another email asking what the hell was going on. Again, no response. Opened up the box and we were given the wrong wheels. Pretty fucked up considering we paid extra to have an upgrade. Overall the service has be non existent and any communication I had early on was terrible. I will be expecting for the wheels we ordered to be sent to us when they come into stock.

I ordered a bike helmet two weeks before Christmas. The item never arrived. Someone called to say that it got lost during delivery. I was sent a replacement which was not the one I purchased cos the original one I wanted apparently ran out. I was guaranteed that I can return the item if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so I emailed on Boxing Day asking for instructions on how to return and obtain a refund. Up to now no one has replied or reached out to me. I just want to return this item. I am stuck with this item that I do not want but couldn’t return. I know that it’s a small company as they say but surely there must be a standard on how to manage returns.

Hi Jack Happy New Year! We are indeed a small company but that doesn't mean you should expect anything less than fab service levels from us. Sorry you feel let down here. As promised you can return the helmet if it didn't suit, we'll get this sorted today/tomorrow. We've been shut down for the festive break and are just back in Mango HQ this week which is why you didn't get a reply until now. Sorry again for any upset. Team Mango

Would never ever buy a bike from this absolute despicable company again. Honestly the worst I've ever experienced. The bike broke after 1 day, and have emailed 4 times to ask them to help me, and they have not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hi Andy Sorry you feel upset about this. The issue with your bike was due to the incorrect installation of the pedals on the Shimano Claris cranks. The photos you sent clearly show the pedal hadn't been fully inserted and caused the damage. Shimano is one of the top component manufacturers in the world and we choose them for the OG as they are just hassle-free. Response time to your message last Friday is longer than we're aiming for, apologies for the tardy reply time. We're working to catch up again during this busy period. I see you've now got sorted and hope you have some cycling fun again. Mango Bikes // Andrew

Hi Shane The tyres are indeed good quality, it's just dirt from the roads you see on them. We pride ourselves on being a quality bike brand, but not sure Mango can be responsible for road and riding surface cleanliness. We do stock some fab bike cleaning products which will have your bike and tyres sparkling clean and just like new in no time. Drop us a message on live chat or email, we'll make a few suggestions and might even sort a fab offer for you.
