Loved the Carhartt jumper and really fast delivery however the jumper had a size L external label on but was actually a size S with a size S label on the inside.

I have been waiting for a refund of an order I didn’t even receive for 12 days. No communication and have only been paid 150 of the 1,400 pounds I spent. Absolutely appalled with the customer service. Wont be shopping here again. That is a lot of money to me and means I cannot pay my rent this month

Purchased two pieces of Ferm Living items from this website back in June. Original estimated delivery date given is 20-25th of Aug, I am waiting till today without any communication/update from them. Last time after I posted a review on the website, Jack from the stored reached out on 3rd of Sep mentioned and promised that my items should be able to delivered to me in the next 2 weeks. Another 5 weeks over, no update, no communication, no refund, nothing. I really don't think there is any customer service they've provided. Really need some updates to understand what should I do.....

Utterly disgraceful customer service. I have been waiting for a refund on items I ordered in May, which didn’t arrive until august as they had to be shipped from the supplier and that took longer than stated on the website. I was disappointed with the quality and returned them to the store on 21st August and have proof of delivery and even a photo of the parcel on the floor of the warehouse, and yet they STILL refuse to process my refund, because the return wasn’t logged and now they can’t find the items in the warehouse. It takes at least a week to get a response to any query and they never resolve anything, just continue to fob me off and avoid giving me my money back by saying the return hasn’t been logged. THEY lost it when it was in their possession. I’m beyond disappointed as I thought they were a legitimate company, and I simply cannot afford to be out of pocket like this. I saved for a long time for the items but I couldn’t justify how expensive they were for the quality. And I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issues, as it has been nothing but a nightmare which I’m still out of pocket from 4 months later, which is why I’m posting this review.

I paid for next day delivery, and was told that it can not be delivered for Next Day, and that it would come “Thursday soonest” and that I would be refunded for the next day delivery but I have not been! Customer service is terrible, but I received the bag in the end, it took a week.

The French press is a very beautiful but dysfunctional design. When making coffee or herbal tea, the press needs to stay up for a fee minutes, but it’s bery loose and falls down immediately. Also the colouring on the eound part is peeled even though I washed it by hand. I had to tie elastic band to prevent it from falling.

I ordered a bag which wasn’t right and so returned it with proof of postage. That was in July and I’ve yet to receive a refund and my emails go unanswered. At a loss what to do as there’s no contact number or other way to get in touch.

Received my order on the 11th August and immediately emailed to report that the item was faulty. After another follow up email I eventually received a response on the 22nd saying I would be sent a free returns label. I responded immediately to confirm this. No response. I sent a further two follow up emails on the 28th August and 30th August. Still no response or return label.

Really terrible customer service. I ordered a ferm living lampshade and cushion in June with 3-6 weeks provided as the lead time. Now already in Sep, after chasing several emails to check the status, I haven't received any update from them at all yet!! As customer, really want to understand what is happening, even if there is delay, better to clarify the situation. May I know what is going on? What should I do? Really need help here.

I ordered a lampshade at the beginning of June, I was told that it wasn't in stock yet but that they would update me soon. By August I hadn't heard anything about it and when I emailed to ask I got no response. I emailed again and got no response again. I finally asked to cancel my order and a few hours later I received a notification that my order was being delivered which I assume means someone saw my email and finally did something. I emailed again to say that I still wanted to return the item and I have yet to receive any response back. Do not order if you want good customer service as there is none.

Terrible experience. Ordered online 4 items from Hay on 11th March. Still haven't received the last item from my order. I have had to send chase emails every 1-2 months to ask where my things are. The last few I have had no reply and no apology or offer to refund. The last chase I sent today about the last outstanding item, I received an email saying it's on it's dispatched but no apology. They obviously forgot about me. I understand this is a small independent business that has likely bitten off more than it can chew but as a returning customer I think they should do something about their shocking customer service and not sell things that they don't physically have in stock as this is where the problems lie

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered items, part of the order arrived then no notification for weeks about the rest of the order. Contacted customer services, no apology but just a link to the other colours of the item that I had ordered asking if I’d like to change colour (it seems to have been updated with only in-stock items). Apparently the colour I chose was out of stock and shouldn’t have appeared on the site for me to buy in the first place. I am waiting on multiple items, but apparently just one of those items are out of stock. No message, no apology when I’d reached out.

Hi Camille, Your latest order was for all in-stock HAY crates and was dispatched the next working day with a next day delivery service. Your order placed 9th July was for some in-stock item and some pre-order items. We split your order and shipped the in-stock items so you could receive them asap, at no additional cost. The remaining items have a 3-6 week lead time and are not delayed, however we emailed you to see if you would prefer to swap these colours for in-stock options as a courtesy. I'm yet to receive my package. I phone royal mail and they informed me that your company is yet to send it to them. Right now I don't nowhere the package is and I'm really worried about my package.. I have sent several mails to your company and not gotten any response from them.. I can't allow my money to go like that… you guys should do something about my package 😭😭😭😡

Hi Alexander, I’m very sorry to hear your parcel is yet to arrive. As discussed on email, your order was dispatched the following business day (Monday 14th August) with a Royal Mail 24 service. This is an untracked QR code delivery, however the tracking number you were emailed is correct. The tracking page states “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”. Ordered a cupboard in March 2023, it’s now August and still no sign of it. After chasing a couple of times and being assured it was on its way, I asked for a refund over a month ago but have had no response since. Nothing to show for over £500 after nearly six months. I’m resorting to a review in the hope it’ll prompt some action or at least warn off other customers from putting themselves through the same thing.

Horrendous customer service and purchase experience Ordered a shelving unit 25th March, with the product being advertised as a “4-6 week delivery”. Needless to say that we had to wait a lot longer than this, with the product finally arriving on 8th August after 20 weeks. The customer service was appalling, with the only way to contact being through email with a 7 day expected response time; although on many occasions, no response at all without me having to continually chase after them. There is no phone number or any other way to contact so you will be left in the dark for almost the entirety of your experience. There was no explanation for any delay and no attempt to make our experience any better or compensate, as they already had my money. My advice is, if you see something you like on here, I highly recommend to purchase it from another store.

Ordered a Ferm Living lampshade in March 2023 - it is now August and I've yet to receive the item (5 months later!) I've emailed every few weeks for months now - and have either been ignored or get the occasional false promise of when the item would arrive (the dates given were now 2 months ago...) Disappointed by how unresponsive this company is. Very happy taking my money - and expected so much more. Please get in touch about a refund.
