“I’ve been looking at Edwin selvedge jeans for a couple of months now and the ED 47 ones are selling for £120-£160. I saw these on HUH for £60 plus discount on first order! Couldn’t believe my eyes so secured a pair, they arrived in under 4 days and they’re perfect. Including postage I only paid £54! Outstanding saving!”

“Shameful company to deal with. Order for a Carhaart bag placed in June. Delivery delayed again and again. A promise that it had been shipped in August. Nothing ever arrived. "Customer Service" and Jack, the MD, only answered with generic responses. No refund given. Worst online shopping expereience by a long way. AVOID!”

“Absolute joke of a company. They're either really incompetent or out and out liars. Ordered item over a month ago and still not arrived, initially they replied to my emails requesting updates but after a while of fobbing me off they've now given up on bothering to reply. Only course if action now is to get a refund from credit card company. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs”

“I have ordered a carhartt sweatshirt end of July, I have made many emails and complaints about this as I haven’t still received it and I have asked for a refund due to not receiving the sweatshirt. It was a birthday present and I still haven’t received my refund and ignored my emails.”

“Ordered an item on the 21st September. They said dispatch delay, then nothing ever came. I then emailed multiple times only to get an automated response every time, so I took it to resolver.uk, where the boss then emailed me saying he’d processed my refund, which was meant to come in 3-10 days and has still not come, (13 days later). Absolute disgrace. Never order from them.”

“DO NOT buy from this company 30 days later still no sign of order, no contact. I have sent loads of emails which I get no response. I now have to wait for the bank to do a chargeback. Avoid at all costs”
