Returned a pair of jeans requesting refund on the 1st of June via tracked mail. Royal Mail show that it was received on the 6th of June. I still haven’t had a refund and no-one’s responding to my emails. Awful customer service…avoid.

Have no idea where my order is. Emailed no response. I ordered on 30 May now the state is still "AWAITING UPDATE"? seriously?

I contacted HUH Store in May regarding faulty and missing goods. This took several attempts over various platforms. Eventually I was advised that I should receive my refund in 3-10 days. This window has now passed and I have not received same or even an email confirmation. My comments have been removed from their social media and I am still awaiting a response to my latest request. If I do not receive my refund soonest I will be forced to take this further. Appalling customer service.

Ordered an item that was in stock when purchased after chasing the order I was told the item wasn't in stock and that they would update me. No update and had to chase multiple times. After 4 weeks I saw the item was back in stock on their website however I was not informed and had to chase again for them to send me the product I had purchased. Really poor service and I won't be using them again.

Items were on preorder with delivery date estimated between 3-6 weeks. Dates passed and then I had to finally chase for them to be delivered 5 months later. The products are great but the communication and delivery is by far the worst I’ve experienced.

Paid for next day delivery on a carhartt backpack, which was needed as a last minute purchase for a holiday, ordered mid day 02/06 for this only to be delivered 5 days later, when I was already away.. Joke of a company, avoid next day delivery they don’t seem to know the meaning!

Hi Dan, Thank you for your feedback and I’m very sorry to hear your order did not arrive next day as specified. Our next day service is Monday to Friday. I can see you ordered on 2nd June, which was a Saturday, and your order was promptly dispatched with a next day service on Monday at 11:30am. Unfortunately, according to the tracking, Royal Mail did not deliver within the 24 hour period specified and delivered to you one day late on Wednesday. Ordered a shelf on the 6th April and it’s the 31st May and still no shelf. Was for my babies nursery and looks like baby will be here before the shelf. Was advised weeks ago it would “be delivered within 2 weeks” and emails after this have gone unanswered. Can’t give any higher without contact from HUH which is impossible at the moment. Any updates Huh?

Do not buy from this store. The customer service is terrible. I paid a lot of money for a household item back in February. Nothing arrived for 3 months. I chased and chased them. They kept saying it was on its way. Then the order was cancelled but I’m still waiting for my refund. My bank is now involved and helping me to try and retrieve my money. There are many wonderful furniture and lifestyle companies out there with great customer service so avoid this one to protect your money.

Hi Karen Gaydon, As discussed on email on 22 May, your order was promptly cancelled and refunded as requested. The refund was declined as you had already opened a chargeback via your bank. We have submitted all the relevant information to your bank as a refund is no longer possible. The items you pre-ordered have also since arrived with us and are ready for delivery. As a gift, I was treated to a Rains backpack which I have been wanting for months. I finally placed the order two weeks ago on the HUH. store and I was so excited! Unfortunately, my package still hasn't arrived. I've reached out via email and I have been following up but I haven't heard anything back yet which is disappointing and worrying since I spent a lot of money on this bag.

Hi Sophie, Thank you for your feedback. Your last email to us was received on Friday afternoon and we replied as soon as possible today (Monday) as we are closed on weekends. If you have not received our reply, please check your spam folder as it may be going there. We are very sorry indeed to hear the delivery has not been received. Unfortunately, as the parcel has been delivered with a proof of delivery photo outside your flat door, it is likely that Royal Mail will deem this as delivered and will be unable to open an investigation. We have advised to contact the police as, if the parcel has been taken from your property, this would need to be deemed as a theft. Atrocious Customer Service Do not buy from this shop. After ordering a rug back in December 2022, with an expected dispatch date of 5-8 weeks, I was continuously strung along with promises that movement was expected 'in the next 2 weeks.' Now, over 19 weeks since I made the original order, I have given up and asked for a refund. As far as I can tell the rug has not even made it to the HUH store warehouse, the only communication has been when I followed up each time an expected deadline passed, and now they seem to have given up replying to my emails all together.

I placed an order for crates 3 and half months ago and am still waiting on the majority order worth over £200. The delivery SLA on their site stated 3 -6 weeks when I placed the order. I've emailed many times and a couple of times I received the same response, stating they were expecting delivery from the supplier in 2 weeks. That was 7 weeks ago. I've asked a couple of times now to cancel the order with a full refund and am not receiving responses. I don't know what to do and will have to escalate legally if I don't get my money back. I've never experienced this with a company, especially not one supplying such high quality products & names. Really unhappy and won't be purchasing again. Just want a refund now so I can purchase elsewhere.

Since placing an order in NOVEMBER (6 months ago) we are still awaiting arrival of the item. Very slow in responding to emails and no one can give me an answer. We are still hundreds of pounds down with no sign of the product. I will never be ordering from this store again.

I placed three orders on 31 December 2022 and 1 January 2023. All orders had a lead time of 3-6 weeks so I was not expecting to receive anything until mid February. Since then I have sent numerous emails regarding my orders. The replies have been polite and have consistently assured me that they expect the items to be in stock in two weeks time. Those two weeks pass, I email again and I'm told the same thing. I have just received one order, and received part of the second order two weeks ago. At present I'm still waiting for over £300 of items that I've purchased to be delivered, nearly four months after I've ordered them.

I ordered a toaster in November and have only received emails in response to chasing for delivery updates. FOUR months with just an apology and promise it could be with me in 2 weeks. each time? Very poor service I consider an offer to reimburse my purchase at the very least is in order after this protracted delay

I placed an order in December and I still have not received my order. It has now been OVER 4 MONTHS. I have emailed customer service multiple times, but no one can tell me the reason for the delay and the estimated arrival date. Please don't lie to the customer if your item is not in stock or the pre-order items need to take more than 16 WEEKS to process. This is the funniest online shopping experience I ever had and I will share my experience with others through social media.

I can see we split your order at no extra cost on 6 March, dispatching all in-stock items within 2 business days of your order being placed. On 14 March, you requested to cancel the remaining items. This was promptly confirmed and processed on 16 March. Refunds take between 3-7 business days to show on your statement.
