Ordered a cupboard in March 2023, it’s now August and still no sign of it. After chasing a couple of times and being assured it was on its way, I asked for a refund over a month ago but have had no response since. Nothing to show for over £500 after nearly six months. I’m resorting to a review in the hope it’ll prompt some action or at least warn off other customers from putting themselves through the same thing.
