I never leave reviews for anything, but feel that I should make an exception to warn others about this retailer. Ordered a pair of trousers in January. Several times I checked on the progress, with the store citing supplier issues as the reason for the delay. Saw the trousers on the website in April, which then sold out again. Store still had my money. The store ignored me when I pointed out that the trousers were in stock and were still not sent to me. Had to have a refund after the store had held my money for four months and had not fulfilled my order.

Honestly, don't waste your precious time ordering from these guys. They don't provide any assistance or respond to your inquiries about your order. I placed an order for Carhartt pants on March 25th, and it's been almost 2 weeks without any updates or replies to my emails or messages on their Instagram business account. I received an email stating that the delivery couldn't be made by Royal Mail due to an error in the shipment details, which was my mistake. When I reached out to a person named Jack through email, they mentioned that I would have to pay for the shipment costs again. However, I have doubts that they even attempted to deliver the package. It's quite shocking. I'm still waiting for my trousers, and needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again. Based on other reviews, it seems like many others are facing similar issues with this store.

I’m really concerned now that my order hasn’t arrived 3 months later and I’m being given the same excuses every time that frankly now appear in believable. I’m now going to attempt a refund as worried there’s more to this than meets the eye - judging by other reviews of missing items

I have been waiting for my order since November 2023, it was not clear when I purchased it that the item was out of stock and there was a wait on it. I was initially very understanding as I want to support an indie business but I have now asked for a refund but the last few emails I have sent have been ignored. Upon investigation this is happening to lots of other customers too and reviews are being deleted. Do not buy from this store they are not to be trusted.

I found the items arrived quickly, which was great. BUT when I returned one of them, via tracked delivery, there was no response from the company at all. Still waiting 2.5 weeks later. No reply to email.

Super slow to replying to emails. Haven’t had any communication about my return and it seems like won’t be getting my money back even though I followed all of the correct steps and know that the return has been deliver back really disappointing from a store that I thought was really cool and selling cool pieces won’t be buying from here again

Literally worst customer service ever. I placed an order over a month ago and have received VERY little communication. At first they responded about how late it was and now they are fully ignoring me. So rude. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible customer service - taking weeks to respond to messages. In the end I had to request a refund from my bank via the chargeback scheme - which luckily came through. Avoid this company - but elsewhere.

The item I received broke instantly, and I’ve been waiting for Huh to respond to my enquiry to arrange a return and send a new item but have heard nothing. It seems impossible to get hold of anyone and get some help. Would appreciate if someone can respond to my enquiry (56928) ASAP!

I have returned my purchase and more than 10 working days has passed without confirmation of my item being received or refunded. I keep getting email asking for evidence which I have provided repeatedly.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, I waited over a month on my order. I sent numerous emails, was shocking how long it took to get back to me. Will never order off this site again. When they eventually came the quality was poor

Absolutely terrible.....started to think if this was actually a real business or a con. I'm still waiting 6 months for a rug I ordered with a 3-6 week lead time back in September and 0 updates from the company after constantly chasing and asking for my money back.

Ordered 2 items, one of which they then contacted to me to say was out of stock so shouldn't have been available to buy. I then requested a refund for this product and a month later still have had an further communication! They've taken my money for a product I didn't receive and then are ignoring all follow up emails, not impressed! This is the first review I have ever left!

Returned some trousers as per the instructions on the website. Contacted them when no refund was forth coming and was asked to provide tracking details, which I did. Radio silence since then and they have just kept the money and the trousers. Avoid

Awful customer service and the website straight up lies. Ordered a jacket over a week ago with next day delivery, no update until I chased and was told they didnt have it in stock (even though website stated they did). Continued to chase only to see the jacket I ordered went back onto the website stating it was in stock and when I chased this they claimed it still hasnt been delivered to their warehouse. Continually ignored by customer service and given the same response each time with no update on delivery times and why they are advertising items as 'in stock' when they clearly arent. No acknowledgment that I paid for next day delivery and no refund for that in sight. And STILL no jacket or any idea when it might arrive. I never normally leave reviews but I have been so disappointed in the service of this place I felt I had to leave one!

Shockingly poor service, delayed over 10 weeks when stated in stock, shipped to incorrect address stated delivered. Item missing. No refund no communication. They stated id asked for it be left somewhere, I live on second floor with accessibility issues. why would say, yes for laugh just dump it not at my address. Be fun that!, Avoid this shambles, look at other 1 star reviews for truth and level of service to expect. Avoid

Really awful experience. I placed my order 3 weeks ago which had an expected delivery of 28 Feb - 1 Mar. It still has not been dispatched and getting through to customer service seems near on impossible. Really disappointing and still no sense when or even if I'll get my order!
