Absolutely horrendous customer service, I waited over a month on my order. I sent numerous emails, was shocking how long it took to get back to me. Will never order off this site again. When they eventually came the quality was poor

Absolutely terrible.....started to think if this was actually a real business or a con. I'm still waiting 6 months for a rug I ordered with a 3-6 week lead time back in September and 0 updates from the company after constantly chasing and asking for my money back.

Ordered 2 items, one of which they then contacted to me to say was out of stock so shouldn't have been available to buy. I then requested a refund for this product and a month later still have had an further communication! They've taken my money for a product I didn't receive and then are ignoring all follow up emails, not impressed! This is the first review I have ever left!

Returned some trousers as per the instructions on the website. Contacted them when no refund was forth coming and was asked to provide tracking details, which I did. Radio silence since then and they have just kept the money and the trousers. Avoid

Awful customer service and the website straight up lies. Ordered a jacket over a week ago with next day delivery, no update until I chased and was told they didnt have it in stock (even though website stated they did). Continued to chase only to see the jacket I ordered went back onto the website stating it was in stock and when I chased this they claimed it still hasnt been delivered to their warehouse. Continually ignored by customer service and given the same response each time with no update on delivery times and why they are advertising items as 'in stock' when they clearly arent. No acknowledgment that I paid for next day delivery and no refund for that in sight. And STILL no jacket or any idea when it might arrive. I never normally leave reviews but I have been so disappointed in the service of this place I felt I had to leave one!

Shockingly poor service, delayed over 10 weeks when stated in stock, shipped to incorrect address stated delivered. Item missing. No refund no communication. They stated id asked for it be left somewhere, I live on second floor with accessibility issues. why would say, yes for laugh just dump it not at my address. Be fun that!, Avoid this shambles, look at other 1 star reviews for truth and level of service to expect. Avoid

Paid for next day delivery, didn't receive item for over a week and was reimbursed with £2, which I think is an embarrassment

Really awful experience. I placed my order 3 weeks ago which had an expected delivery of 28 Feb - 1 Mar. It still has not been dispatched and getting through to customer service seems near on impossible. Really disappointing and still no sense when or even if I'll get my order!

Over a month ago now I ordered a present for my other half for valentines, and it has still not come. I talked to Jack several times through email, to which he told me that the colour of the item wasn’t in stock, then the stock was faulty and they had to wait for new ones, so I hesitantly agreed to this, saying that if have a confirmation email and shipping confirmation sent through by today and yet again, no email and no item. It’s now been over a month and the limited replies and misinformation is only adding to the feeling of being scammed. I feel like this review is a step down from a report that needs to happen if this problem genuinley isn’t sorted in the next 3 days or been contacted with a date and evidence about when it will arrive. If this goes further I will be taking it to the local authorities, like I said before it’s sad because this is a company I’d be willing to give money to.

Awful customer service! Faulty product recieved and promised a replacement or refund, and then no response from the store owner since!!! I have requested a refund but no response for over a month. There is no contact number for this store and they do not allow comments on Instagram or message requests. AWFUL! Do not shop here!!

Terrible experience - do not use. Ordered a product which the website said was in stock. After 3 weeks of delays, I agreed with customer service to cancel the order. This was then ignored and the item was sent anyway. When I complained I was told I'd be given a free returns label. Now a week later I still have not received the label and customer service are ignoring my messages. I am left to believe this is being done deliberately to prevent my refund being processed.

Didn't want to give any stars. Ordered a rug end of Sept with a 3-6 week lead delivery time and it's the 4th of March, still no rug and no answer when I ask what is happening or try to get a refund. Absolutely terrible

Absolutlely awful customer service. My order was delivered to my boyfriends building three months ago but I did not recieve the delivery due to Royal Mail error. When I contacted HUH. Store about this, they were initially helpful, but it has now been two months since I got in touch and I still don't have some of my items. The new order was sent in two halves, but was wrongly sent to my boyfriends building again, despite me requesting that it was sent to my address to minimise the chance of it going missing again. The other half of the order that was sent first is missing again. I have had to constantly chase the operator, Jack, over the last two months and he has now stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend making a purchase from HUH. Store and I won't be doing so again.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered an item that is now 6 weeks late. Initially they were responding to my emails, but as soon as I started to request a refund they just stopped replying. They’ve now not responded to my previous three emails and I am having to take legal action against them.

Avoid like the plague I paid £814 for furniture on 11th November 2023 which was supposed to arrive within 3 to 6 weeks. The goods never arrived and neither has the refund which I have been requesting for weeks. This is a really disreputable company that simply closes off all communication when multiple requests are made for a refund Truly shocking experience online Shame on you

HARD AVOID. Returned a broken lamp (order #114708) at my own expense and have been ignored when trying to reclaim the refund for over a month now. I have proof that it was delivered and signed for, but have been told they don't have it. Scammers skimming off the top is the only conclusion I can reach.

I ordered a product from this store, didn’t receive it in the specified time. When I contacted the store, they stated they didn’t have it in stock. I requested a refund, to which they agreed and then sent the item anyway (weeks later). The item was so small, it would never have fitted. I then had to return it at my own cost (over £8) and I am still awaiting the refund. I honestly just regret ordering from this company. I’m not convinced they’re a legit company, they rarely respond to emails. Please avoid ordering from them.
