I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with my entire experience with this online store. From the moment I placed my order, it has been a cascade of issues and frustrations that have left me utterly dismayed. Firstly, the item I ordered took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the company was astounding. I resorted to sending multiple emails, and it took them over a week just to acknowledge my concerns. To make matters worse, when the item finally arrived, it was faulty. Not only did I receive a defective product, but the company's complete silence on this matter has been deafening. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or concerns. I've still not heard back from my last message which was over 7 days ago. Based on this horrendous experience, I feel compelled to warn others about the significant risk involved in dealing with this company. I implore anyone considering ordering from them to think twice and reconsider. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent disregard for product quality make them a real liability. I would strongly advise against engaging with this online store. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is my responsibility to caution fellow consumers about the potential pitfalls they might encounter. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented company for your needs.

I ordered two bar stools in early May my money has been cashed and the only up date I had was that I would receive the goods on the 17 to 21st of July. I have found in increasing frustrating to have contact with any one about my order.

diabolical. tried to cancel my order 4 times before it was even dispatched (which took 6 weeks) and no response to any email. No phone number, can't DM or comment on Insta, left with £70 worth of products I do not want. Do not order under any circumstances, absolute joke

The items you ordered were on pre-order with a 3-6 week delivery time, which is why delivery was longer than the standard 2-4 days (or next day) for in-stock items. I purchased items and then returned them, following all the return instructions. I received proof of delivery of the returned items to the store, but it’s now been nearly 4 weeks since and I’ve not been refunded or the return even acknowledged. I have emailed the huhstore contact email several times and received no response. Do not use!

i made my order on 30th May. I still have no goods. I have sent emails over the course of the last 2 weeks and not had a single reply. Where are my goods? You have taken payment of almost £150 and i have literally nothing to show for it and you cant even grace me with a response to my question asking what the status of my order is. I would recommend you steer well clear of this retailer.

This company is an actual joke! We ordered a pair of Hay Hee lounge chairs for the garden on the 28th March and still have not recieved them - summer is nearly over! We have reached out to Huh store over and over again and there has been no response from them since the 8th April. We have requested a refund on the product and are now being completely ignored. We are out of pocket by £430 and none the wiser as to whether we will ever be refunded. Do not use this store!!

You can also find the update listed clearly on your order status page – "Expected delivery 1-4 August" The stock arrived at our warehouse this morning and is on track to deliver between these dates. So, I ordered a bag through HUH. Store late in the evening. I found the bag cheaper elsewhere, I so I emailed them first thing in the morning to cancel the order. Their cancelling and returns policy is really bad. Rather than a simple button to cancel the order, I had to email them to cancel. I was hoping that I would catch them in time so that they wouldn’t ship the bag, as I would have to pay £5 for delivery. I sent that email on the 5th July, it’s now the 26th and I have not even had a response from them since then. They clearly didn’t cancel the order and the bag was posted out to me. Their returns policy is so bad, I had to pay another £5.95 to post back the bag. On Royal Mail tracking I can see that the package was delivered back to them 7 days ago now, and they still have not even acknowledged that they received it. And they still have not responded to my original email at the start of the month. They have not refunded the money and I have no idea if I’ll even get one. All in all it’s been a terrible company to buy from. I’m even wondering if it is a legitimate company.

This supplier has had my money for 4 months and has neither delivered the item nor given me any reliable information regarding a potential date. I’ve just had lies. No stars at all.

No refund for an item I’ve returned. No response to emails and they’ve blocked messages and comments on Instagram. Lots of people with the same issue. I’m going to have to contact my credit card to claim a refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be unpacked and processed, as stated on our returns policy and FAQ page. I placed an order on 6 March. We are now 4 month on from that date, almost 5 months to be precise. No Table, no updates, no nothing. I've requested a refund with you.. no refund has happened. No reply to any emails, no comms... in this day & age where we are in constant comms, no replies are quite frankly appalling. A refund takes literally minutes to action. You should be ashamed of the service you are offering.

We ordered a coffee table and after months of waiting we asked for a refund. We have been waiting for this refund since March 2023 (>200£). Now they don’t even respond to emails. Totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company.

Extremely poor communication and experience. I ordered some glasses on 8 May and since then all I get is updated emails now and again but still haven’t received the delivery - it’s now mid July. I can’t call anyone because they don’t have a phone number. You can only contact them via email and even then no one responds!! Extremely unimpressed with this company. I just want a refund ASAP!!!

Sent a return back 2 weeks ago, no email acknowledgement and once emailed still no response 5 days later. Quick to take your money but not to help out with returns. Still waiting an email response and refund.

Please can you respond to my email? I know my order is within the stated 4-6 week delivery time. But only 1 week left and still no movement. If there is no refund or delivery within this week, I will start applying for a refund from https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome If it causes any court fees it would be your responsibility Look at those reviews that how much time everyone waiting. worth no trust!!

Ordered in April, said 3-4 weeks lead time, no updates and no products received by mid-June. Requested a refund three weeks ago but yet to receive my money (£300+) back. Absolute con. Do not buy from here; please go elsewhere and avoid the hassle.

Ordered a HAY bedside table in February, it was technically in stock but apparently the system was not up to date and had to be ordered, as today I have't received the promise refund or the table, no response to my email, no phone number to contact them, if this is not a SCAM i don't know what it is.
