Absolutlely awful customer service. My order was delivered to my boyfriends building three months ago but I did not recieve the delivery due to Royal Mail error. When I contacted HUH. Store about this, they were initially helpful, but it has now been two months since I got in touch and I still don't have some of my items. The new order was sent in two halves, but was wrongly sent to my boyfriends building again, despite me requesting that it was sent to my address to minimise the chance of it going missing again. The other half of the order that was sent first is missing again. I have had to constantly chase the operator, Jack, over the last two months and he has now stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend making a purchase from HUH. Store and I won't be doing so again.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered an item that is now 6 weeks late. Initially they were responding to my emails, but as soon as I started to request a refund they just stopped replying. They’ve now not responded to my previous three emails and I am having to take legal action against them.

Avoid like the plague I paid £814 for furniture on 11th November 2023 which was supposed to arrive within 3 to 6 weeks. The goods never arrived and neither has the refund which I have been requesting for weeks. This is a really disreputable company that simply closes off all communication when multiple requests are made for a refund Truly shocking experience online Shame on you

HARD AVOID. Returned a broken lamp (order #114708) at my own expense and have been ignored when trying to reclaim the refund for over a month now. I have proof that it was delivered and signed for, but have been told they don't have it. Scammers skimming off the top is the only conclusion I can reach.

I ordered a product from this store, didn’t receive it in the specified time. When I contacted the store, they stated they didn’t have it in stock. I requested a refund, to which they agreed and then sent the item anyway (weeks later). The item was so small, it would never have fitted. I then had to return it at my own cost (over £8) and I am still awaiting the refund. I honestly just regret ordering from this company. I’m not convinced they’re a legit company, they rarely respond to emails. Please avoid ordering from them.

No response to an email + pic at the start of Jan 2024 informing them of broken glassware in the day my order was received. Have sent multiple emails and DMs and nothing. No phone number to complain. I’ve bought from here before with no problems. What terrible customer service to ignore paying customers! Beware if you’re buying potential fragile goods.

Bought a Hay lamp for my partner for Christmas. It was faulty so we sent it back at our own cost. Still waiting for a refund over a month later and I have received no response via email either. Awful service.

I’m struggling to get a refund for a purchase I made in may last year , my constant emails are not being responded to . This is the worst shopping experience ever. Beware!! .

At the beginning of January, I ordered 2 HAY J77 chairs from HUH. I was told that because of their "large size" there was a delay in shipping. Neither shipping nor delivery has happened as confirmed for w/c 29th January and I am STILL waiting on an update from HUH. The experience has been very stressful and time consuming, mostly considering the cost of the chairs. I have sent 5 further emails (including 1 where I offered to collect the chairs in person) and still have not received a response. All we can say is I wish I had read all the other 1-star reviews of very similar experiences here first. At present, I am considering all of my options about how I can either receive the chairs promptly or get a refund promptly if HUH continues to ignore this issue. (Since this is an ongoing experience I will update here if anything with my order changes)

SCAM - Terrible company. I ordered an item 6 months ago, but never received it. Last month they said that they actually received it and they are ready to deliver it, now they say again that they are waiting for the item to arrive. They do not have a phone available, not returning my emails. They have really the worst customer service I've seen. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

I returned an order a month ago and have not received a refund. I have contacted the store on multiple occasions to enquire about this but they have not provided clear responses or have ignored my requests entirely.

If I could give them 0/5 I would. Ordered 3 T-shirts: 2 x Edwin 1 x Norse Project Edwin products arrive in a timely fashion, still waiting (nearly a month after ordering) for the third Tee. Despite all info on Edwin T-shirts being the same (material weight, fit, etc) products are completely different size and shape. So no other option but to return the ill-fitting product - at my own expense. No acknowledgment of receipt, no confirmation of refund. Have emailed* 3 times to ask for an update on my remaining t-shirt and have had no response so far. No indication at any point throughout the ordering process that there were any stock issues - if you haven’t got the product to ship, don’t bloody advertise it! In summary: - Product info poor - communication worse - customer service a fictional entity Avoid, avoid, avoid *there is only one method of contact, via email. No phone number and the ‘live chat’ feature on the website is just a proxy for email comms.

Purchased the Hay Eiffel Coffee Table over 3 months ago, and was told it would be 3-6 weeks delivery but still not been delivered, have emailed 5 times now but have been completely ignored. I've no idea how to get a hold of them as there's no phone number. Appears i've just been scammed.

Unable to get confirmation of shipping, at time of ordering item was in stocks quoted as 2 to 3 days. 1month later no item order status not shipped. Request to cancel and refund. Unable to get any feedback from huh. Disappointing.

Terrible, I didn’t receive my item for a month, no contact from customer service until I ended up being told that it was out of stock. I was simply refunded £3 for shipping. I got my items over a month late for a birthday present, but it’s broken. Terrible company, terrible service. Will never use again and would not recommend.

I have placed an order a week ago and I haven't received absolutely any updates ever since. From the confirmation page it says it should have been delivered yesterday the latest, it looks like it hasn't even been shipped and I am being ghosted by the customer service after sending 3 emails in a week! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

AVOID. Returned items worth £400. No refund. Been about 6 weeks. Sent them tracking details, etc. They’re completely ignoring all my emails. Going to have to complain to Trading Standards.

I ordered a lamp for a client on 16/10/2023 with 3-6 week delivery. Unforutunalty this company does not have a contact number therefore, on the 05/12/2023 I emailed regarding an update as I heard nothing about the upcoming delivery. In the first instance, I received a speedy reply informing me that my order could be with me between 18-22/12/2023. Which I was thrilled by however there was no follow up to this and no delivery. I chased multiple times for an update on the 18/12, 21/12 and then again after the Christmas period with no reply. Then on 12/01/2024 I was asked for my order number which I sent over but since then nothing... They have not responded to any further emails and the order has not yet been delivered.

Purchased a piece of furniture and was told to expect delivery within 6 weeks. After 6 weeks came and went, I emailed to ask for an update and was told that there were delays and I should expect to receive my order in 2 weeks. That deadline passed and there was no update from HUH, so emailed again and was told there were further delays but was assured that I would receive my package in 1-2 weeks. Having waited almost 15 weeks I decided to cancel the order, but all 3 emails I have sent attempting to do this have been completely ignored. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received - AVOID SHOPPING HERE
