“From first phone call to completed repair, professional and efficient! Reported fault with an AEG freezer, one off callout price confirmed, kept informed by email and text, attended the next day. Engineer Jacob, phoned on the morning to advise arrival time. Repair completed quickly, useful advice given, freezer working perfectly, happy customer 😊 Thank you Glotech Suffolk & Essex branch, will not hesitate to call in the future.”

“The most efficcient repair ever! I booked the appointment online on Sunday, the engineer came on Monday, repaired my tumbler dryer in less than 5 minutes, I paid him by card, job done. I am seriously impressed.”

“I am completely confused by the phone calls and emails I received. The job was done as my first email with you. However I was told that the credit card did not go through, The second time I was approached by you I elected to go for the dearer option of £129 as I had not been told that with the £89 I had to keep on paying every month. The second time I had an email from you to phone you as I was told that you had no idea as to why I had got in touch. Having decided to go for the dearer option I then find that the first charge of £89 has been taken from my account, which I had been told you could not take. I despair.”

“The engineer turned up and took the model number of the machine and said as the machine was more than 5 years old parts would be very expensive, and thats if they could get them. So it cost £95 to be told get a new machine if your appliance is over 5 years old. Would be good if they told you that on the appointment stage you could then put the money directly to a new machine.”

“Excellent service, very professional. Technician arrived on time. Checked the appliance, ordered the part. Part arrived within 48 hrs and in less than a week our ice dispenser is working again. The contact with the company itself was prompt and efficient. Geotech repaired an delivered as promised. Service with no fuss - exactly what’s “written on the tin”. Thank you”

“I had a washer-dryer that gave up. A Glotech engineer came in for 5 minutes and after having a look said I will be contacted about the next step. After not hearing back from anyone for a few days I phoned Glotech to find out that, as they can't locate the part, they won't be able to repair my appliance. In this situation, I was expecting to receive a refund of the whole or part of the £99 'repair' charge but was told that it was non-refundable. Not a business model I would trust in the future.”

“Both technicians arrived on time, where knowledgable about the appliance, diagnosed the fault and undertook the repair quickly once the part was available. Also suggested a long term solution to prevent issue occurring again in future. Would certainly use Glotech again.”

“Unfortunately this time around, the repair did not meet my expectations, the fault remained after the engineer left believing the issue was resolved. The engineer noted a future replacement of parts, namely the motor and the drum amounting to a cost of £800, with that in mind I bought a band new replacement washing machine at £430. Glotech is still a go to business for washing machine issues, my low rating is only because the fault remained but I would recommend Glotech to anyone for clear honest and professional service. The engineer has excellent knowledge and gave sound information, it was the reason I chose to replace the machine rather drag him back. at a rescheduled time.”

“Excellent service. Professionally handled. Phoned to confirm arrival time at my property. Arrived as promised. Explained everything from the payment to the service being carried out. Honest assessment carried out and spoke in plain terms. Turns out issue was not as bad as expected and only did what repairs were actually needed. In this case no new belt. Belt just needed refitting. Tumble dryer was tested and checked over before engineer left. Will definitely use Glotech again 100%.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the second time I have an issue with this company, took a week to get a heat sensor for my washing machine a few months ago and today told me after 3 days they cannot come and look at my faulty fridge because they cannot get parts even though is only a couple of years old. This F/F is readily available so I do not get what there problem is. I will never use them again as they do not take the stress out of any repair and will certainly never go to them for a replacement kitchen quote. I work in a multi-million appliance industry business and would NEVER treat a customer like they have me on now two occasions. They are everything but what they say and advertise they are!”

“Engineers : On time, knowledgeable. Unable to fix the problem. Glo Tech: Very expensive as only offered £25 off a new appliance when current one unrepairable, and then wanted over the manufacturer's recommended price plus a high delivery and installation fee.”
