“the guy who came out the fix the Neff dishwasher was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. we paid by card and asked him for a receipt which he said would be emailed to us. but still awaiting receipt”

“You sent me confirmation that you would come the following day. You then phoned to tell me someone would come the same day, at 3. I arrived home from work, at 2.55. No one came. I sent you a message asking you to confirm someone would come on the day originally organized. You didn't contact me. I called you, and one of your staff told me someone had been to my house the previous day at 2.30, half an hour before the agreed time. No message. So, not great, no.”

“I was nervous to book a repair as my dishwasher was an older Miele model. My Glotech Repairs engineer was open & helpful. He spent over 90 minutes on the issue, carefully cleaning away all the hard water build up, unblocking the fault & giving me clear options as he worked. He also gave me time to reflect on best next steps should a fault return. Excellent service, I highly recommend. I would have liked a call back to a question I’d listed on my booking if you want to be a 10/10!”

“I gave a full description of the problem with my washer dryer and still they came out and charged me to do a 30 second check and tell me that the bearings were worn and that the whole drum needed replacing; that it was prohibitively expensive and buying a new machine was a better option. They offered to sell me some replacements at uncompetitive prices. The service was quick and engineer polite, but the whole callout and charge could have been avoided and seemed like a rip-off.”

“I found the service to be very good. I received an appointment for a call-out for the next day for my washer/dryer, which I requested. The repair man seemed to locate the problem and called me the same day to check if it was resolved. I was also contacted a few days later to check if everything was okay. I was impressed with Glotech and would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“£100 to be told my washer dryer (6 years old) needs £400 of repairs. Engineer was talking in a technical language which was uncomprehensible. Rang for a written diagnostic report. Not available. Avoid this company at all costs. Will be seeking legal advice.”
