“We had excellent service. Two polite engineers who ordered the parts we needed and fitted them quickly. Excellent value for money too. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Cost was explain clearly on the phone . Time arranged . Arrived on time . Quickly gave reason for problem. Stated cost of repairs which was higher than a new one. In this day of replace ment. It would have been helpful if advised the likely to be cost efficient.”

“The engineer that came was fantastic and did a great job. Really helpful and rang me to tell me when to expect him. The staff in the office messed me about twice over timings with my slots. When I called to query they were very dismissive over this and unhelpful sadly. I was cb promised a first call and an am slot. Neither happened!”

“I phoned up to book a engineer. He turn up on the given day. He quickly work out the problem. Unable to source a part. There and then. Return 4 days later with the part. Very good service.”

“I paid £87 for an engineer to come round and tell me my wine cooler was broken!!! I already knew that, that’s why I called you. Then I’m told it can’t be fixed. Surely the engineer knows that the parts are discontinued before he arrives!!!”

“I have had a very bad experience with Glotech. I first contacted them at the end of May. Eventually after various problems, they arranged to come and repair the washing machine on Wednesday 28th June. On Monday 26th June they called to say that the part had not been ordered and that it might not arrive in time. On Tuesday I called, as I have a complicated schedule, to be told that Glotech would arrive and that the part was there. On Wednesday they called in the morning to say that the part had not arrived and could they come on Monday 3rd July between 8:00 and 1:00. This was a difficult day for me as I had various tradesmen coming at different times. However I agreed. On Monday I called to find out what time they might come. They said sometime between 11:30 and 12:00. At 12:00 I went to the empty flat where the repair was to be carried out. I had to sit on the floor as there was no furniture. I waited till 1:00 and was told that they would arrive at 1:30. At 1:30 I telephoned to be told that they would be there at 2:00. At this point I cancelled because I needed to be at home. I asked for my money back. So far I have not received the money or even an apology.”
