I had a washer-dryer that gave up. A Glotech engineer came in for 5 minutes and after having a look said I will be contacted about the next step. After not hearing back from anyone for a few days I phoned Glotech to find out that, as they can't locate the part, they won't be able to repair my appliance.
In this situation, I was expecting to receive a refund of the whole or part of the £99 'repair' charge but was told that it was non-refundable.
Not a business model I would trust in the future.
