“I have had a very bad experience with Glotech. I first contacted them at the end of May. Eventually after various problems, they arranged to come and repair the washing machine on Wednesday 28th June. On Monday 26th June they called to say that the part had not been ordered and that it might not arrive in time. On Tuesday I called, as I have a complicated schedule, to be told that Glotech would arrive and that the part was there. On Wednesday they called in the morning to say that the part had not arrived and could they come on Monday 3rd July between 8:00 and 1:00. This was a difficult day for me as I had various tradesmen coming at different times. However I agreed. On Monday I called to find out what time they might come. They said sometime between 11:30 and 12:00. At 12:00 I went to the empty flat where the repair was to be carried out. I had to sit on the floor as there was no furniture. I waited till 1:00 and was told that they would arrive at 1:30. At 1:30 I telephoned to be told that they would be there at 2:00. At this point I cancelled because I needed to be at home. I asked for my money back. So far I have not received the money or even an apology.”

“Lovely chap: Alex Quick, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. Made our 20 year old built in microwave perform better than new. Saved me a new kitchen. We will make you a go to supplier for all of our repair needs. Roger Walker Conigree Bredon”

“Very poor service, paid for repair in advance (unusual) - appliance not satisfactorily repaired after nearly 3 weeks of wrong part (or even no part) brought, appointments cancelled and changed by them (to our great inconvenience), emails and phone calls not promptly responded to, poor customer service. I've had to lose money and give up on them and find some else. Not sure about the 'family firm's claim either.”

“Very pleased with the service from Gotech. Daniel, their highly experienced engineer, was excellent --- I was very pleased with the way he patiently explained my dishwasher problem and most importantly with the repair itself. Although I hope this doesn't happen ... I would certainly use Glotech for any other repairs!”

“Paid the labour fee and technician arrived to instantly say there is nothing we can do. Made absolutely no effort and company Geotech who should now be called dimtech refuse to discuss any sort of refund. What made me even more upset was the attitude of the engineer who gleefully had to do no work but of course was paid.”

“Well I am not 100% sure it’s fixed as I have been able to get it working on and off. I just got told it was fluff in the pump. I am concerned it will pack up again in a couple of weeks. What happens if it does? I was not paying almost £90 for a temporary fix ! ?”

“Disappointed to say the least repair man came I told him fridge freezer had only been on for 2 hours he opened the fridge compartment and said soft back wall did not attempt to pull fridge out and check anything did not even get a tool out of his bag I have only had fridge freezer 5 years he said yes that’s about right. Felt like it was a quick fix to get £90 pound out of me”
