I booked an appointment to have my freezer checked. Minor point here - the default cost shown should include VAT, rather than have that as an option.
The freezer appeared to recover, so I cancelled the appointment. The fact that I'm receiving emails as though the appointment happened indicates there is a problem with their record keeping.
