I've had no contact with Glotech customer service but their technician Dean was brilliant. He came out last week, fixed the oven, ordered the parts he needed for the faulty door and gave a good estimate for exactly how long the whole thing would take. He was friendly and straightforward - exactly what you want. He's just popped back with the hinges to do the door, absolutely no problems at all. Thank you Dean!

I was told when the person came to repair my hob that he could not touch is as it had silicon around the edge. I was still charged £99 for the call out fee and never told in advance that they wouldn't fix a hob with silicon around the edge. I was forced to pay this as the man wouldn't leave until I'd paid. I then called to complain and the lady on the phone wouldn't refund me as they said that £99 was a labour fee and as he had driven to my property that counted as a labour fee. I am now trying to get the money back from my credit card company.

See trust pilot from Dale. Basically one of your highly trained and experience team should of put two and two together and provided excellent customer service by phoneing me and making me aware it is highly likely to be the bearings and that for my make and model its all one unit so engineer will not be able to replace them. £90 for 10 mins 'work' (which involved spinning the drum). Judging by the spate of one star reviews recently i can only hope potential people read these and avoid you.

Customer service was excellent, the fault with the fridge freezer was diagnosed very quickly and dealt with in a short space of time. The engineers, Gavin and George were very professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently and tidily. The charges incurred we felt were very reasonable. I needed a new pump for my Lg American style fridge, it’s just 2 years old, it was ordered and fitted promptly but didn’t work the next day I now have to wait 2 weeks for engineer to look at it again,poor service!

Engineer Paul contacted me prior to his arrival the following day. He was punctual and efficient. Found the fault which was electrical, rectified it and made sure all was safe checked the washing machine was working okay and signed the job off. Will use Glotech again if necessary. Thank you Paul.

3 cancelled appointments. First one cancelled and rearranged for over a week later. Second one rearranged then bought forward 2 days but then cancelled at the end of the morning I'd spent waiting in for them (on a Saturday). Apparently the engineer went out the night before and 'wasn't feeling well' - their exact words to me. They then couldn't make the original 2nd appointment day and pushed it back a day. This third time was then also cancelled on the day. Terrible customer service as am now 2 weeks down the line without a working dishwasher. AVOID at all costs.

The two repair men Gavin and George were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately our Miele washing machine was beyond repair😂 But we did purchase a new Bosch which was delivered and fitted on Saturday 24/6/2023 again both men very helpful. Very good service. Thank You I am waiting for the receipt for the new washing machine and fitting charge which I assume will be emailed to me?

It was great getting a visit booked within days of calling, and the engineer who came was friendly and really efficient. He diagnosed that the water dispenser bottle in our fridge freezer was leaking (flooding the base of the fridge) and also that the model of bottle is no longer available. However there is nothing wrong with the fridge and I asked for a second visit (which is possible within the call-out price, but only if you have new parts to fit) to seal up or take out the water element, since there is nothing wrong with the rest of the fridge was not possible. So now I have to get another engineer out from somewhere else to do that. I didn't mind paying the £90 call out, but I do wish they could have finished the job, rather than me starting from scratch but with a diagnosis which is fixable.

Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with your service. Appointment was booked for 22nd June between 8am - 1pm. I waiting for technician to arrive until 1:45pm....when still no one turned up, I called and was told my appointment has been cancelled. But no intimation was made to inform me about it. However I have now been given another appointment and I hope this time someone does arrive....or atleast inform me of any changes to my appointment.
