easy to book, emails confirming booking were quick and easy to read. engineer arrived promptly having phoned 20 minutes beforehand. Engineer was efficient, explained all he was doing, informed me of the issue and quickly rectified it. Quick, clean, no fuss, Totally impressed!

Was informed by the engineers my washing machine was beyond repair, before my appointment to save me the cost of paying for a visit. I was grateful for this, but was kept informed from booking the appointment until such time it needed to be cancelled. Staff were very kind, helpful and understanding at all times.

Do not contact this company they will let you down at the last minute twice i booked it and twice I got a phone call to saying the engineer is sick and they cancelled.

The engineer turned up. That’s where the customer service ended. He couldn’t get the tumble dryer out to examine , so told us we need a new one without even examining the current one! Left plinth on floor. £117 for the privilege!!! Rubbish! 10 minutes spent at property! Do not use !!!

Fixed the fault asap, very good....but a second fault appeared and has yet to be fixed...so not yet finished. Keith

The freezer repair engineer was an obvious expert in his trade. Very efficient and very straight, not trying to say that more work was required than was necessary.

The engineer told me that our Miele fridge freezer needed a new ice maker as it was jammed and unable to be fixed but that he was unable to get the part. He assured me that ‘someone will get in touch and advise whether a Liebherr part would fit instead’ No one contacted me at all- I rang and left two messages after hanging in queues for a long time and I also left a text message- no reply from anyone at all. I’ve wasted time and money with this company. The Miele engineer is here now and has fixed the ice maker- a v small part required- a common fault in older ice makers. I’m disappointed and surprised at the total lack of customer service with glotech

Absolutely appalling Fridge failed on Bank holiday Friday ..rang Tuesday after the bank holiday explaining that as a cancer sufferer my medication has to be refrigerated ( they dont offer emergency service )they offered an appt the next day . This was confirmed by two of their staff , both of whom asked for the call out charge in advance . Two hours later they text ( don’t even have the courtesy to call me ) and say that they have to put the appt back another day ! I wouldn’t mind but all of all appliances which we have bought over the last twenty years have been from Glotech ..so we have been loyal customers ..they on the other hand have behaved appallingly . Go elsewhere ..

Thank you for leaving us a review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. I have looked into this on our system and can see that the engineer due to attend initially has been signed off. We then rearranged another engineer's full diary to accommodate a sooner appointment for you, resulting in the appointment being moved just 1 day later rather than 3. We really appreciate your loyalty and have done everything we can to avoid the appointment being moved too much.
