“Gavin was nothing less than fantastic throughout my dishwasher repair. The unit was difficult to remove however he managed to complete the part exchange without damage. The service received throughout the process second to none.”

“Very efficient to deal with and fast service . Andrew Pickles came to mend a fridge , sorted the problem and had the missing parts delivered and fitted within 2 days . Excellent”

“Terrible company. Booked an engineer to fix the fridge, it has not been fixed and on the top of it they broke my freezer and refused to issue any refund.”

“Lee was the first engineer who came and diagnosed the problem.he ordered the part and Andrew came a week later to fit the broken part.both were friendly and knowledgeable.I would recommend your company to friends and would definitely use you again”

“I waited for 8 hrs call out to be charged 80pounds to be told I need a new one. Was told your sales office would ring me early next day with prices for new fridge freezer. Two days later had phone call to tell me couldn’t find any integrated appliances to fit. Also my name is Pickering.”

Thank you for your review. I have looked into this for you and from the fault given, we were unable to advise if this would be repairable or not before attending. The fault given has many different causes so the engineer needed to attend to be able to diagnose the cause of the fault. I am sorry that on this occasion the appliance was beyond economical repair due to a systems fault.

“The engineer who came was on time, very polite and efficient. He conducted some tests on the machine and ran through parts of a programme to check that all systems were go. They and he departed after about an hour and I am happy to report that the machine continues to provide a sound service. Thank you. We shall use you again if required and will be recommending Giotech Repairs as a good provider.”
