“After three visits and a change of the fridge sensor, the engineer still isn't certain what the fault is???. Suggesting a new compressor and regas at a cost of over £600 with a 50% chance it will fix the fault. (His words).”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the fridge is still not working. I can see one of your senior engineers has attended and given some advice to defrost the heater and monitor. I hope this has worked.

“The engineer came out & damaged my cooker. I have emailed Glotech numerous times & keep being told it's being escalated to management but nobody gets back to me. Really unhappy with the service I've received & have no other option but to report to their governing body & ombudsman.”

“I thought it was a good idea to pay the monthly direct debit so if I had any problems it could be sorted without my worrying if I can afford it. However, when you do this it takes up to a month for the part, they apparently ordered, then you have to make an appt for it to be sorted, im a single mum of 4 so desperately need a working washing machine, 4 weeks without one is pure hell!! I called them to ask why it was taking so long after 2wks I was told because of the bank holiday. That's one day!! Other companies quote 3-5 days for parts. Where do Glo Tech get their parts from??”

“The problem with my dishwasher was identified promptly (the element needed replacing). The Glotech engineer removed it, fitted in a new one and tested the machine thoroughly before fitting it back into the kitchen unit.”

“I have given a rating of very poor because of the lack of triage prior to the visit. My wine cooler wasn't powering on...I gave the model number and described the problem in detail. When the engineer visited, all he did was check the fuse on the plug and told me that parts weren't available to replace the controller as it's 5+ years old. For that, I had to pay the call-out charge + VAT. Outrageous!. I should've been given prior detail that parts weren't available for this model and Globetech should've declined to take on this job.”
