“The chap was here for 10 minutes. Told me the freezer needed regassing. Could have been done remotely really. To be fair he did say there was now only a 50-50 chance of it working which was good advice. But good prompt service when booking up, very easy. Phone line queue on the day was excellent in that it told you what number in the Q you were but it just took too long”

“Started off well, guy came quickly and worked out the problem. He didn't have the part required and ordered, I paid over £100 and 1 month later I call up, wondering when they were coming back, and discover that the part came in on that very day. Get offered just 2 appointment options and then get told that the previous chap has left the company, I wonder if this was the real hold up!? Still waiting to get my oven fixed...”

He replaced the element in the oven in record time and was extremely helpful in showing me how to order additional items that I required.
