Was notified by engineer he was on his way which was good so we knew a time frame to expect him. Was a quick look at the fridge & the noise it was making he knew what had broken, the whole fridge.
Disappointed he then followed this with it was a wasted journey through the valley!! Hardly when it was still a £105 cost to us for the company! And I'm sure he still got paid the same no matter the distance he had to travel for the appointment !!
