“When booking the call their telephone keeps telling you exactly where you are in the queue which is great and it doesn't take too long to contact a friendly human being. Appointments are available within just a few days and the engineer was excellent: very polite, quick and efficent.”

“I can't really say how good Glotech were, or would have been because we were advised by another fitter that our 15-year old Zanussi was beyond repair, so we cancelled the the callout.”
