“I booked a dishwasher repair appointment on Glotech's website before I discovered that my wife had a hospital appointment on the same day. I was advised to contact our local Glotech Repairs office whose manager willingly offered to make our appoinment first of the day to enable both appointments to be fitted in on the same day. Glotech's good humoured, clean and smart, engineer arrived spot on time and was reassuring about the repair which he carried out perfectly within an hour. I don't normally write reviews but my wife and I were very impressed. Thank you Glotech Essex.”

“When the repairman arrived at my house he did little more the basic trouble shooting information on the OEM website then it’s probably best to buy a new appliance with out attempting a repair (after taking payment in full). I am still awaiting a resolution to my repair after multiple chasing phone calls.”

“Cannot praise Glotech highly enough. From booking to repair, the system worked like clockwork. Booking the first visit on line, I was able to arrange a next day visit. Engineer, Ben, phoned half an hour prior to arrival. He was on time and helpful, ascertained the problem in my washer/dryer and the requisite part was ordered. He said the office would contact me when part arrived. They did, 2 days later and a return date was arranged. Again, Ben turned up on the day within agreed time slot, having phoned to give an ETA half an hour before arrival. Part fitted, everything left clean and tidy and machine in working! Great service all round and would definitely recommend Glotech. Thank you.”

“I didn’t receive notification an engineer was coming to my property. He just turned up on my door and expected the payment for the call out charge. He was in my property all of 10 minutes for his call out, diagnosed the repair and made me pay for the part. An engineer then came out to fix the part, it was an incorrect diagnosis. The company refunded the money for the part but didn’t even compensate me for the call out that they never arranged and misdiagnosed from what I see as deliberate. Not even a call for an apology. Absolutely appalling company / would never ever use again !!!!”
