“The repairs to my appliance were worse than we thought so we thought the appliance was 21 years old so it would be better to purchase a new one. Many thanks to your engineer he was very polite with good customer service we are happy to recommend your company. Jackie Holloway”

“Repair was really efficient and speedy, however I booked my repair for pm, the engineer arrived at 8.30am, an adjustment had been made and I was not informed, I could have been out and missed my repair slot, so a little more concentration on customer updates would be a good idea. Also I had to ring the company to pay the initial payment, when "one of your friendly staff would be ring shortly" as the online booking stated. This clearly did not happen.”

“I was really impressed by how Glotech were able to so quickly and efficiently repair my elderly Miele dishwasher. Carlos was very polite and completed the repair confidently and with consideration to my dogs. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlos and the company to others and shall call on them immediately in the future for any other repairs I may have. Thank you Glotech and Carlos!”

“We had an engineer come out to fix the washing machine. He banged it about a bit and told us that we needed a new drum, but was alright to use. The machine was working before the engineer turned up and it was completely broken by the time he left When I contacted Glotech about this, I got a fabricated reply. Leaving with no other choice but to buy a new machine. Wot a waste of money Will not be using Glotech again”

“You have my name incorrect spelling. You wanted payment upfront! Dean was only here for 10 minutes. Dishwasher would require too expensive to repair. Still cost £90. Dean was very good.”
