“Product fine but email to advise of delivery misleading, sent Tueday and referred to delivery being between 8am and 6pm but did not stipulate day hence assumed next day but no delivery then was necessarily left with neighbour following day.”

“Delivery was in 2 days, which was good, but I did ask to be notified 24 hrs prior to delivery and this did not happen. I received a call 2 hrs before delivery and had phone around to make sure the club was open in order for the delivery to be made. The club had an away match the day of the delivery which meant not many people were available to open the club. Please stick to the instructions given.”

“unfortunately your delivery service let you down. The delivery company phoned me the day they wanted to deliver the fridge, however, I was not available that day (Friday) and told them I would be at the premises Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Didn't hear anything from them until the following Friday when I got a phone call to say they were delivering the fridge that day!!!!”

“ordering by phone was excellently handled. was a bit miffed that the promised next day delivery arrived a day late - during on of the hottest spells we've had for ages. delivery men were excellent - unpacked it and put it into position for me.”

“would have had 5 stars but they delivered the wrong freezer although the only difference was the name. for further reference it would be a good idea to inform the customer exactly what they were getting,also we should have had the free unpacking service but the freezer was left unpacked. This has now been resolved to my satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend this company as we have used them in the past with complete satisfaction”

“The initial assistance provided by the salesman via the online chat was excellent; I was provided with options to choose from and make my own decision - there was no pressurised sale. The delivery man was helpful in providing tips about installing the fridge and had a good attitude which always reflects well on the company they represent, I feel. When I came to install the fridge I realised the door handle and hinges required swapping over so the door opened the other way, unfortunately the tools provided did not fit so when my colleague telephoned to request the correct tools she was informed we were lucky we received any tools in the first place... Not the best customer service. In the end we bought our own.”

“On the whole service from FFD is excellent and responsive. 4 stars instead of 5 this time because although product marked as next day delivery not actually in stock! However, FFD team did manage to redeem themselves eventually which is mark of good quality customer service. Well done and thank you.”
