“I had ordered the wrong product they would not take it back unless I paid 25 percent handling charge . Just a small item I would have easily paid the postage to return this item but after all the hassel re handling charge I will keep the item . Even though it is not usefull”

“Product was damaged on delivery due to insufficient packaging and rough carrier handling. Photos were taken and the appliance was replaced the following day with no fuss or bother. Very good service.”

“Excellent service from FFD which was let down by the delivery firm - no confirmation of expected delivery time, which meant we had to be in the property from 9 to 5. I'd recommend FFD and would have given five stars if not for the delivery!”

“I DID call and speak to a nice guy there, who promised to pass the message on to your delivery people. My fridge was delivered to my house and dumped by my front door in the pouring rain! My husband is away all week, so I had to call a friend to ask him after work if he would come by and at least help me get it into the house! I wouldn't have minded so much had I been warned that it was doorstep delivery only - or it may have been nice if the delivery man had offered to put it in the garage !!! Ive put GOOD so I didn't have to expand any more, fridge still not unpacked so can't rate the product, your online service excellent and as I say, when I called to complain, a very nice person took message - but it's just the delivery I wasn't happy with! Sorry but you did ask !!”

“Fantastic guy from the initial phone call to enquire after a particular product. Efficient cheerfull and helpfull. Took delivery of 2 chest freezers, a wheel was missing from one of them, suggest came off in transit. One was delivered 2 days later. Would definately reccomend. Prices seemed to me unbeatable. Thank you.”
