“I own a small buisness. I had ordered a number of Fridges from different companies unfortunatly did not deliver to our postcode. I contacted FFD through email and informed them of the issues I was having. I had email conversations with Laura Perridge who sorted everything from order to delivery for us. The goods delivered quickly no issues. Thank you LP and FFD for a top service.”

“Our charity purchased a Polar freezer recently and it didn't go according to plan due to errors on both sides. My philosophy is that these things happen and it is how you respond to the situation that matters most. The sales team was responsive & supportive throughout the process, I appreciate their personal customer focussed service”

“Freezer looks amazing ! Phoned office and they gave me a 2 hour time slot, driver gave me 20 minute notice, delivered to our door within 10 minutes of their arrival, happy and helpful guys, all round very happy.”

“Good service. Realised I was a domestic customer so checked I was aware that commercial freezers can be louder in operation although this product isn’t. Updates on delivery so you knew within a 2 hour window of arrival.”

“Following my ice machine suddenly decided to stop producing ice, and being a pub owner, I needed one delivering asap , I looked on line and came across a number off suppliers, having called at least half a dozen , Liam at FFD was the most helpful, and even though it was fast approaching the end of day business hours he still managed to arrange and complete the sale and most importantly had my new ice machine delivered the following day and in plenty of time so that I could get it fitted and producing ice before I opened that day. Amazing service thank you and I’d recommend you highly”

“We are really happy with our new lockable drinks cooler. It has made the operation of our pop-up events bar much easier. We were very pleased with the price and customer service and will consider using FFD again. The delivery man was very helpful. We hope to get many years service from the new cooler”

“Delighted with my bespoke stainless steel kitchen work table. It arrived just over a week after I ordered the table which was made exactly to my requested measurements. Good quality product. Sales staff were friendly and most helpful. This has sorted the lack of surface space in my kitchen and the work table looks like it belongs there. Many thanks for the good sales service and excellent quality of the product.”
