We are really happy with our new lockable drinks cooler. It has made the operation of our pop-up events bar much easier. Really pleased. Chose the fridges on a Wednesday and we had them delivered by the next monday. The delivery drivers did a great job getting them in but most importantly we love them. We didn’t spend a fortune like we expected to and the counters look great….clean lines and well lit. We are getting a lot of compliments about them. Thank you.

Update: Since my initial feedback I have been contacted by FFD and they had explained what had happened and apologised, as well as offering me a full refund of the timed delivery charge.

I got a ring back from a human the next day to confirm the order (I’d chose an option that wasn’t available so they flagged that and initiated a refund) and to let me know when to expect delivery.

The plastic packaging on every item is ridiculous. It's taken us over 7 hours just to get the plastic off. Its been put on under screws so almost impossible to get completely off. We now have sore fingers. Its unbelievably unenviromentally friendly and has now resulted in over 4 bin bags of waste that will never decompose. The instructions are non existent so its trial and error to make sure that we are putting it together correctly. The shelves dont have any instructions at all. Customer service when buying the product were good, but lack of instructions and over use of plastic has made me irritated and frustrated
