“The whole process was simple and efficient. The staff on the orderline were extremely helpful and polite. “Arranged Friday delivery of oven which didn’t arrive even though I had booked a gas safe engineer to fit at the weekend. No communication from delivery or FFD. Delivered Monday with no reason given. No response to my email from FFD. I’ve had the expense of standing down the engineer and find another slot to book him in!”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the delivery driver was taken ill during his route on Friday. We have been informed that the delivery company did leave a voicemail informing you of this and that it would be delivered on the Monday however we understand that this does not help when you have arranged for an engineer to attend site. We have reached out to you regarding this matter however there was no answer so a voicemail has been left. Please contact the FFD team directly if you would like to discuss this further.

“Great team when we ordered, helpful and knew all the product information. Helped arrange 3 month interest free terms- which helps our cash flow. Then the fun began- transport company confirmed delivery- and the date came and went no unit delivered. Called and was promised that it was on for the next day- nope that didn't happen. Called once again and did not hear back from them- I eventually tracked the delivery company and was told it had been missed by them- which means that FFD reall did not call the company - if they had the company would have realised their mistake and sent our unit. 5 days later it finally arrived- so we are not 100% happy”

“Great service & smooth delivery! I ordered a freezer from FFD Commercial, and the whole experience was excellent. The delivery was well-organized, on time, and went really smoothly — no hassle at all. The team handled the appliance carefully and got it into place perfectly.
