“Following my ice machine suddenly decided to stop producing ice, and being a pub owner, I needed one delivering asap , I looked on line and came across a number off suppliers, having called at least half a dozen , Liam at FFD was the most helpful, and even though it was fast approaching the end of day business hours he still managed to arrange and complete the sale and most importantly had my new ice machine delivered the following day and in plenty of time so that I could get it fitted and producing ice before I opened that day. Amazing service thank you and I’d recommend you highly”

“We are really happy with our new lockable drinks cooler. It has made the operation of our pop-up events bar much easier. We were very pleased with the price and customer service and will consider using FFD again. The delivery man was very helpful. We hope to get many years service from the new cooler”

“Communication has been frankly tiresome throughout. A simple fridge purchase took a ridiculous 10 days of back and forth, simply in order to make a purchase. We have had to chase and chase for responses and timely replies at every step. Our unit arrived bashed up and damaged, this was noted on day of delivery and there has been no follow up or accountability. We forwarded details for smooth delivery, again this wasn't picked up or communicated out to the transporter, and even on delivery day both the transport office and driver were adamant they hadnt received it. All in all, we would never recommend FFD. Our unit arrived a day later than scheduled, again with zero communication or courtesy call to let us know after I waited around for a full 11 hours for a delivery that never showed.”

We had passed all the relevant details to the transport company, so we are disappointed to learn that this information was not communicated to the driver. Please rest assured that we are looking into this and conducting a full investigation to ensure it does not happen again. We were not made aware of any issues with the unit or the delivery process, so your review was the first time we became aware of this. “The purchase experience was good and smooth. I got a call next day from my purchase to arrange delivery. The lady arranged the delivery date as I wish. Other sellers don't make this arrangement. I will definitely buy from FFD again.”

“After a good first purchase experience with a display freezer, the latest experience has been disappointing. They sent us a new display fridge that wasn't cooling accurately. We had to pay a £250 deposit (on top of the 3 month instalment plan) for them to send a repair person which meant we were unable to use it for about 2 months. I then had to chase them up to return the deposit.”

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that you had to chase up the refund of your deposit. This is something that is usually carried out as soon as a repair has been reported as complete however, on this occasion, the refund was missed. We have multiple steps in place to ensure customers always receive their refundable deposit. Our procedures outline that a refund should be manually initiated as soon as we receive confirmation from the manufacturer. On the rare occasion that this is missed, as is the case here, the failed refund would have been identified at month end and promptly credited back. In this circumstance you contacted us before our month end checks. The repair was carried out within 2 weeks of us receiving the completed warranty form and unfortunately even though you had an interest free instalment plan in place to pay for the equipment a warranty deposit is not classed as a part of this. We do accept complete responsibility for the deposit refund oversight. We agree that it is unacceptable that you had to chase it up and we will be reviewing our processes to try and ensure that this doesn't happen again. The FFD Team

“Bought a minus 60 freezer with dent on top of it. Still usable but if you are spending over 3k on a fridge, you expect a mint condition.”

We sincerely apologise for this and completely agree that when making a large investment you want perfection. All equipment is shipped from the manufacturer in mint condition however it appears that damage may have occurred during delivery. The team will be in contact with you shortly regarding the damage. “The freezers I purchased look smart the customers really like them.The staff on the phones are lovely and helpful.The only downfall was the delivery driver that delivered them he was rude inpatient and basically like a bulldog chewing a wasp”
