“Update: Since my initial feedback I have been contacted by FFD and they had explained what had happened and apologised, as well as offering me a full refund of the timed delivery charge. I am please and content in the way that they reached out and addressed my dissatisfaction with what had happened. Thus I am updating my initial feedback with a 5* rating. Sometimes things don’t go the way it should but if the organisation and its management acknowledge and take actions to make things right then credit must be given where it’s due. I commend FFD for reaching out and taking appropriate action.”

“The plastic packaging on every item is ridiculous. It's taken us over 7 hours just to get the plastic off. Its been put on under screws so almost impossible to get completely off. We now have sore fingers. Its unbelievably unenviromentally friendly and has now resulted in over 4 bin bags of waste that will never decompose. The instructions are non existent so its trial and error to make sure that we are putting it together correctly. The shelves dont have any instructions at all. Customer service when buying the product were good, but lack of instructions and over use of plastic has made me irritated and frustrated”

“I own a small buisness. I had ordered a number of Fridges from different companies unfortunatly did not deliver to our postcode. I contacted FFD through email and informed them of the issues I was having. I had email conversations with Laura Perridge who sorted everything from order to delivery for us. The goods delivered quickly no issues. Thank you LP and FFD for a top service.”

“Our charity purchased a Polar freezer recently and it didn't go according to plan due to errors on both sides. My philosophy is that these things happen and it is how you respond to the situation that matters most. “Freezer looks amazing ! Phoned office and they gave me a 2 hour time slot, driver gave me 20 minute notice, delivered to our door within 10 minutes of their arrival, happy and helpful guys, all round very happy.”
