On their website shows that they accept all payment cards but when I tried to purchase, it didnot go through. I called and their sale department told me: oh we donot take Amex card. I told her: on your website said you do She then told me: we have issue with that at the moment then procceed to tell ke to give her my email so she can send over a proforma link which hours later, it doesnt look like she bothered to actually do anything.

We're sorry that we were unable to accept your preferred method of payment. Spring/summer is our busiest time and we apologise that you were not sent a payment link within the 2 hour window before you left this review. The team member who was taking care of this had to urgently leave the office and when her colleague took over she was unsuccessful in contacting you via phone. The unit was delivered prompt . Not particularly noisy and works fine. Negatives are , door only shuts correctly when you kick the bottom in at the same time as pushing the handle. Also the cheap little plastic cover over the LED at the bottom does not shut and looks cheap and tacky

The service was exceptional from ordering the chiller to delivery. The lady who rang to check my order after I emailed was so helpful. The delivery company confirmed it would arrive in 3 days. On the delivery the guy was so helpful and friendly. Your customer service and delivery was the best I have experienced in 40 years being in business and so thank you so much and the chiller looks great in my cafe 🤗

Really pleased. Chose the fridges on a Wednesday and we had them delivered by the next monday. The delivery drivers did a great job getting them in but most importantly we love them. We didn’t spend a fortune like we expected to and the counters look great….clean lines and well lit. We are getting a lot of compliments about them. Thank you.

Your Courier Company did not have time to wait at the drop off point at there was 6 other people deliveringas well, £80 to rescedual a delivery!! £85.00 to cancell the order, Have gone eleswhere with my buisness

We appreciate your feedback, Paul. We apologise that your delivery could not go ahead. The delivery companies used for equipment distribution only have 15 minutes allocated in which to make a delivery. We appreciate that this is different from haulage teams who have the ability to wait. The delivery driver waited on site for 40 minutes, which was already more than double his allocated time in which to make the delivery, but there were still 3 vehicles to be unloaded before him and so he couldn't wait any longer. Understandably, this is frustrating. A charge to reschedule delivery is an industry standard, as is a cost to cancel the order and send the equipment back to the manufacturer. As a strict rule a restocking fee is typically applied as well, however in this instance, it has been waived. We are sorry we have been unable to meet your expectations. If you would like to discuss this further please get in touch with the team.

They say 3-5 days delivery and then pass it on to a secondary logistics firm and it takes 2 weeks. Also tried to charge extra carriage of over £500 to switch to a smaller delivery van which was not necessary. When I asked Nicola in customer services to help resolve the issue, she told me she had done everything she could.

Thank you for your feedback, it gives us the opportunity to review our processes and ensure that we are giving our customers the best possible service. On this occasion, your location meant that there were queries surrounding delivery restrictions in your area which required additional planning. As soon as these were resolved and we had planned an alternative route, the order was despatched to you. Standard deliveries are typically 3-5 working days however the extra planning meant that your order took 8 working days in total from the date of order. 2 days to resolve restriction issues and 6 working days to arrive with you once the issues had been resolved. The £500 carriage was the figure that the delivery company quoted for a smaller vehicle and not from ourselves. Nicola took extra time to plan an alternative route so that this charge wasn't necessary and did indeed do everything she could to get this order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please accept our apologies that this was not enough to deliver an acceptable level of service for you. If we can help with anything moving forward, please contact the team and we'd be happy to help.

Really pleased, it literally was delivered within 24 hours without any kind of special delivery, guys came in, unpacked it quietly and effortlessly and took away all the rubbish. Highly recommend.

Update: Since my initial feedback I have been contacted by FFD and they had explained what had happened and apologised, as well as offering me a full refund of the timed delivery charge. I am please and content in the way that they reached out and addressed my dissatisfaction with what had happened. Thus I am updating my initial feedback with a 5* rating. Sometimes things don’t go the way it should but if the organisation and its management acknowledge and take actions to make things right then credit must be given where it’s due. I commend FFD for reaching out and taking appropriate action.
