“The prices are competitive and the guys at the end of the phone are helpful. I ordered a basic, tall, commercial fridge. I was a bit disappointed that the refrigerator didn't come wrapped in protective film as we had a tight squeeze and getting it downstairs and the door was scratched in the process. I ordered a similar one from them a few months ago and that was wrapped. Still, I would use them again.”

“First time user of the company. Easy web site to use, very quick service which was spoiled by the wrong item being delivered, but on the good side one quick phone call and the girl at the end of the phone line organised the correct item to be delivered the next day. Superb service and kept well informed on delivery date. Would definitely use them again.”

“Your web site is not. Easy to navigate around I thought that I had chosen among the items that were ordered a freezer temperature gauge for some reason it had chosen two meat probes”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have the wrong item. With regards to this we consulted our IT team who have checked the website. We here at FFD like to be aware of the environment also and have passed the request for less or more environmentally friendly packaging onto the suppliers who are looking at improvements with regards to this.

“A bit of confusion on the actual price we were quoted ,we went with what was stated in the trade journal we had ,and when we quizzed the invoice we were told that the journal was wrong?.thats just not the way to do business”

“Pricing is always competitive and the service provided by FFD is always to a good standard. We have had minor issues with deliveries, usually related to carrier/haulage problems. Any issues however, are always dealt with promptly by FFD and rectified satisfactorily. Any requested advice is always researched promptly and members of the FFD team appear very knowledgable in their field. Overall we always experience a good service delivered by professional, courteous staff.”
