Order processed and despatched efficiently.Courier failed to contact which resulted in us having to collect at our expense. Product supplied then had a faulty electrical circuit which we are now awaiting to be replaced

The equipment delivery was fine but we were given no prior notice of the delivery date! It was by pure chance there was someone at the premises to take delivery.

Product was delivered promptly, and came well packaged. It performs exactly as described and is really good kit. However, I had a minor query about the product which I asked by email several weeks ago - still waiting for an answer. Incidentally, the product I bought is not that shown towards the end of this review.

Really quick service, with most queries responded to in a timely manner. Support staff weren’t overly helpful, answering questions but not practically providing guidance (other companies were better). Delivery drivers quite rude and again not overly helpful (you’ve not paid for us to put it inside). Product is nice, although doesn’t seem to get to the temperatures promised (currently 40% full and achieving 10 vs 2 advertised)

We have had an influx of new workers due to recent events and while they are undergoing training, some have not yet completed all areas of this. The delivery and service was great, however the fridge didn't have the door attached properly when it arrived. We only discovered it when we unwrapped it. It proved quite a challenge to fix it on. We didn't want to send it back, so fixed it ourselves. Also it would be helpful to get some instructions about how to remove the fridge from the palate it arrived on. (required lying fridge on it's back and cutting tie clips underneath.

Good price. Two delivery men, one lovely , the other not so much! Their van crashed into our wall. On apologetic, the other nonplussed.

Deliveries are made via a third party company however we would have happily spoken to them and raised the issue if we had been aware. The actions and behaviour of the delivery company in this instance are clearly not acceptable and we will be looking into the incident further. The bottle fridge is great but the late delivery,with no hint that there would be a delay until the payment had gone through was disappointing

Unfortunately during the pandemic we have experienced the odd disruption to delivery schedules. We have tried to keep disruption to a minimum but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. Good morning, Thank you for your review. We do apologize that you did not receive a call. It is requested that customers are called on the delivery day but this is not guaranteed. This is dependent on the driver on the day. if the driver is from an agency they are not supplied with company phones.

The fridge freezer is fine. Our only problem is that the lock only comes with 2 keys, of which our local locksmith does not stock the blanks. As access to the fridge, which needs to be locked overnight, is required by our volunteers it would be helpful if it had come with more copies. When we enquired about extra keys, we were told that a replacement lock was available, but that it too would only have two keys.the fridge is used by

I am delighted with the fridge but was very confused over delivery arrangements and what it was telling me on Fridge Freezer Direct web site (my account). However, I have received the item and its now in place.

Wasn't lucky with the customer service as I didn't get the support I expected, had issues with delivery and positioning, everytime I call they will keep spinning me around and asking me to get in touch with your own supplier, was a big let down for me as I got no help or soever, so I had to sort things out my self.

Thank you for your review. I have had a look into your order that was placed by yourself online. The order was placed for a " next day delivery". All commercial deliveries are kerbside only to the closest threshold,This is an industry standard, unless you have paid for an additional service. Next day deliveries do not have additional services included. standard deliveries can have the additional service, but this chargeable. This was discussed with our online order team and was not required due to the extra cost and a 3-5 day delivery lead time

Note of caution to anyone to anyone buying a bar fridge for a domestic setting, avoid this one as it sounds like a train rumbling through your house! It's keeps stuff cold and looks good but we turn it off a lot due to the noise

Everything was perfect except it arrived with a broken lock. The locks seem very flimsy and not of the same quality as the rest of the fridge unfortunately
