“I asked for information regarding the locking of the display fridge purchased. I was told it locked both top and bottom and therefore presumed, wrongly, that each door locked separately. Instead there is a very poor lock which covers the top and bottom doors. The display fridge itself is very good it is just the locking system which is poor. Perhaps this could be passed on to the manufacturer.”

“Excellent freezer. Delivery speed was ok. The only downside (which is minor) is that I was hoping it will come with Castors which it did not have.”

“Delivery system and size of vehicles as vehicle was too big despite stating we have a narrow access they sent the biggest lorry the company own. need to discuss with people awaiting delivery for dates and if someone can attend, not call me stating we are 10 mins away when i am at work and at least 1 hour away and have to book annual leave to attend. the lads that eventually delivered it were great but i had to get the mower tractor and trailer out to get it to the delivery point.”

“Excellent advice - practical and a good understanding of our needs. Delivered on day expected by helpful staff. It would however be helpful to at least have an am or pm advice rather than just a day for delivery and I believe most people would be willing to pay for this as your delivery charge was very reasonable”

“Good service. Only comment really is that my order was delayed because I telephoned back with a query and the answerphone kicked in saying the office was now closed and stated the opening times were ? til 5. I had rung at 10 to 5!”

“Everything handled really well and rcvd delivery quickly. Only one bad comment - I didn't receive any operating instructions with my product. I did call however and instructions were emailed over. Although I had to call twice before they were sent.”
