The initial assistance provided by the salesman via the online chat was excellent; I was provided with options to choose from and make my own decision - there was no pressurised sale. The delivery man was helpful in providing tips about installing the fridge and had a good attitude which always reflects well on the company they represent, I feel. When I came to install the fridge I realised the door handle and hinges required swapping over so the door opened the other way, unfortunately the tools provided did not fit so when my colleague telephoned to request the correct tools she was informed we were lucky we received any tools in the first place... Not the best customer service. In the end we bought our own.
