“Easy shopping and placed order. Delivery was dispatched and I was notified. The items didn't arrive so I called customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. They dispatched the order again and promised it would be with me the following day and it was. Excellent and speedy resolution.”

“Credit card charge a bit annoying when other forms of payment e.g. Paypal not offered. Delivery company very inflexible. Otherwise, the fridge arrived in good condition.”

“Your staff were very helpful on the phone re. my choice of freezer and advice re. delivery. The freezer on arrival was well protected and packed and the driver actually very helpful, particularly as we are located on the High Street in the middle of a small but bustling little town. It is helpful that you can arrange for the driver to phone an hour before delivery but if I have any criticism at all, it is that it would be even more beneficial to your clients to have advance notiice of whether delivery can be expected in the morning or afternoon, so that they can ensure they have a team on site at the relevant time to help move these bulky items, which our female staff could not handle.”
