“Good product apart from delivery - only one man sent with the item and they would not bring it in the premises, our son had to lift it in on his own!!”

Unfortunately, commercial deliveries are to kerbside only, however if you need more equipment in the future, we can try to arrange an additional unpack and position service where it will be brought into the building for you. “Nice website, easy to use. I was interested in blenders, I wanted to know the stick length and weight as it's to be used by an elderly group for soup. Not every blender had this information, which was annoying, I had to email and ask which wasted time. The answers were quick and helpful. The blender was ordered and my order and payment were acknowledged quickly. The blender was delivered quickly and safely.”

“Purchased a freezer for my home bar, it did say commercial but was way noisier than anticipated. FFD did change it but -40% handling fee.”

“Overall we found FFD a very responsive supplier. There were problems with the delivered commercial fridge unit we purchased in that extra shelves were ordered but the shelf rails did not come and were eventually delivered at an extra cost. Also on delivery, the unit was not holding temperature and an engineer was arranged to fix the problem. This was duly carried out. However, the customer service from FFD in sorting these problems was first rate. Its pity the problems rose but the response was good and the issues were sorted. Overall 7/10”
