“Walk in freezer purchased. Communication throughout the sale was pretty good, delivery on time, in fact a little 3arly by arrangement which was helpful. Unit constructed but was a fault with the freezer unit. Support guys were exceptional, had a call from the manufacturer within an hour and an engineer on site the following day. Issue was eventually resolved and very happy with the purchase. 5 stars for service, these guys did a fantastic job to get us up and running. 3 stars for product quality. This issue cost me 3 days without the freezer.”

“The team were helpful in getting our part replaced. It’s very expensive though to replace a part and they should review their prices as it’s cheaper to get a whole new product in some cases.”

“FFD were very helpful in replacing the glasswasher in our village hall. Unfortunately the model dimensions had changed (my fault for assuming they'd be the same) so we had to return it and source a different model. Thomas at FFD was very helpful in dealing with it all. Would definitely use them again.”

“Easy to order and good communication. However the freezer was badly damaged on arrival which meant repackaging and uplifting to be replaced. This was done quickly with apologies.”

“Really helpful sales staff. Delivery was an issue , as delivery men were not allowed( due to insurance) to tip the freezer to get it in the shop, thankfully some of our volunteers, at our small community run shop , were able to help out.”

“Good product apart from delivery - only one man sent with the item and they would not bring it in the premises, our son had to lift it in on his own!!”

“Nice website, easy to use. I was interested in blenders, I wanted to know the stick length and weight as it's to be used by an elderly group for soup. Not every blender had this information, which was annoying, I had to email and ask which wasted time. The answers were quick and helpful. The blender was ordered and my order and payment were acknowledged quickly. The blender was delivered quickly and safely.”
