would have had 5 stars but they delivered the wrong freezer although the only difference was the name. for further reference it would be a good idea to inform the customer exactly what they were getting,also we should have had the free unpacking service but the freezer was left unpacked. This has now been resolved to my satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend this company as we have used them in the past with complete satisfaction
