Absolutely appalling... item delivered was not as described, such poor quality and nothing like what was shown and advertised on their website. I emailed and was asked to provide photographs of the item, which I did by return and have heard nothing since. Being charged £100 for a trampoline mat that quite frankly has not been made to the standard promised is unacceptable and then to receive no communication once the complaint has been raised even worse. I would not recommend this company to anybody. It is a shame as this poor review could have been avoided if somebody had the courtesy to respond to my email... and please don’t use Covid as an excuse, emails can be answered from home.

Excellent sturdy and as described , very pleased with our purchase. If being particular there were a couple of Scranton the framework , but this didn’t stop us getting it up as wouldn’t hinder the performance. Out 11 year old gymnastics daughter is thrilled snd can’t keep off it . Worth every penny

Incredible service - called for some advice and were very helpful. Delivery was rapid and great. Made the trampoline up myself and the instructions were very straight forward. Product is great quality and Kids are very happy!

First things first. This is a great product once built. My daughter loves it, and I so happy with it.... but, i'm a mechanical engineer and I thought building it was unnecessarily challenging! the instructions are awful, joints are way tighter than they need to be, and the less said about the ground straps the better... and I still have one net pole higher than the others as it won't go any further into the painted hole. Its like it fitted perfectly and then they painted it and now nothing fits well.

The trampoline we bought from Jumpking in 2012 is still standing (despite many storms) and gets used a lot as we have the kids from 4 holiday homes using it...We just have to buy spare parts every few years due to wear and tear. Service and delivery was great, as are the quality of the trampolines...However, from a usability perspective...please can you improve your website? Some of the search functions don't work, so you have to trawl through a long list to find what you are looking for...also it's not clear some of the poles have different 'male' and 'female' ends...and it was only by chance that I realised my error as I was about to order the wrong ones.., and also the pole cap I needed wasn't available on the site I had to email after my order was submitted to request it. However.....apart from the website, dealing with Christine and receiving the goods was excellent as usual.....Thank you :-)

My son put it together with no real problems. Its sturdy well made an my 7yr old autistic grandson loves spinning laid down. Swing easily unhooks to put away in bad weather. Lots of fun to be had!

I dont normally write reviews but I think this is worth sharing with all potentiual buyers: We got our trampoline back in 2015 (oval 9x13) and since then we've been always very very happy with it, best investment toy/gym equipment ever. We left the trampoline exposed in the garden for almost 2 years during building works, a bit unplanned and yet we were considering getting a new one once finished. So like 7 years after I contacted Jumpking - not expecting much but asked for some spares (mainly to save my husband from rebuilding it) and I have to say customer services were amazing! They recommended exactly what I needed (a few bits and pieces) to give it a new life and it is now looking like as new! Longevity is important in today's world and well done to jumpking to keep it going.

Amazing customer service from Amy. Super friendly and helpful. Needed replacement parts after damage from the storm. Used online chat forum and she solved the problem quick.

Our autistic son loves his Jumpking trampoline and after 5 years of service and despite being carried over our neighbours fence by Storm Eunice, the trampoline in a good serviceable state. This would not be possible, if it wasn't for your vast range of spares stock and your extremely helpful sales team in identifying parts (rare springs on my last interaction. Really impressed with the level of support and I'd like to say thank you to your team.

Ordered & arrived within days for Christmas 👍🏼👍🏼 Only just put up because of the weather ! My grandson who is 2, loves it ! It’s great ! But my son who put it together, not so happy 🤣

I purchased a 42 v ring jumpmat for an 8ft trampoline with 5.5inch spring, after struggling to install the mat i realised you sent the wrong size, you sent a 49 v ring one instead. I emailed customer services 2 weeks ago with no correspondence whatsoever, I also rang customer services several times and have not been able to leave a massage as the line goes dead at the beep. I'm not happy at all and will be contacting your head office directly.

Ordered replacement net and pad. Pad has a hole in it and despite 6 weeks of emailing I have had no reply. There is also no answer to phone calls and no way to Leave a message. Will be seeking a refund.

Two products were order but only one item received which was neither of the items ordered! The customer service answer machine doesn't not allow for a message to be left and I am still awaiting an answer to an email sent six days ago notifying about the error and asking for how it will be rectified.

Very fast at taking my order, money and posting the item to me. Appalling at after-sales service though!!! Was sent the wrong Trampoline Mat and have tried calling 4 times to be greeted by answering machine that DOESNT let you leave a message. Have sent 4 emails and had no response... No contact at all. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

No reply to emails, no way to leave a voicemail... I've been trying to contact you for 8 weeks now. Very poor service as needing replacement parts (again) for a trampoline.

Really unimpressed! The trampoline arrived in four boxes so assumed we had it all but we have no trampoline base and no net so the trampoline is useless without these parts. Can’t get through on the phone line, just cuts to answer message and then you can’t leave a message and no reply to my email even though it says full service is still operating. I would just like to get the missing parts of the trampoline as it’s more days wasted with my four children not being able to bounce and use up their energy!

This is my 3rd Jumpking trampoline and I received it about 3 weeks ago. It turned up with 1missing part and damage to the net. I have tried to contact jumpking multiple times via email, helpline and message service and no reply!!! I understand during covid 19 businesses have reduced service’s but if you carrying selling a product you should provide some sort of customer service unfortunately jumpking.eu has not. I feel letdown and frustrated that I have purchased a trampoline and it’s turned up damaged and can not get hold of jumpking customer service To resolve the problem. In future I will shop elsewhere for my products..

I received my trampoline over 3 weeks ago now and on erecting it I found one part missing and 3 holes in the net! I have tried to contact the customer services via email and phone, and there online message service multiple times and have had no response!!!! This is my 3rd jumpking trampoline the others have always been strong and good quality, Unfortunately the zero customer service this time round I feel let down and frustrated that I haven’t received service I paid for and I will in future go elsewhere. I do understand covid 19 has effected all businesses but if a company carry’s on selling items they should also provide at least a basic level of customer service unfortunately jumpking has not.
