“Good trampoline good price for the size 13 by 9. Took long to assemble.. the zipper is hard to zip for the kids, stiff I would say. It's a lot of fun and they are 😊”

“We are very pleased with the trampoline but we didn't receive a ladder. I don't know if this was a mistake or that you don't supply a ladder. I would have thought it would have come with it. Please let me know. Thank you. Glenda. Evans”

“Appauling customer service. an item is broken when we put it together and i have emailed them 5 times, called them multiple times. Telephone numbers are wrong on the website, so found other numbers to call, left messages and still nothing. This was a high value item and i'm dissapointed at the lack of customer care they give. I will also be raising a dispute .”

“Appalling Customer Service – Zero Support & Disconnected Phone Lines - Order # 1000063921 I placed a high-value order with Jumpking.eu and received completely incorrect parts. Since then, their customer service has been completely non-existent. I have sent multiple emails explaining that the wrong frame parts were supplied, and I have not received a single acknowledgment. To make matters worse, their published phone numbers (including 0344 800 4060 and 01473 747792) are completely dead or unmanned. The only communication I have received from them is this automated review request. Ghosting a customer after taking over £500 and delivering the wrong product is entirely unacceptable. I am now forced to file a formal dispute with my bank to recover my funds. This was intended as a gift for my son to use during the school break - I was hoping at the bare minimum they would ackowledge my emails and expidite the correct parts to be delivered or offer to send someone out with them and assemble it. We even followed the video YouTube which clearly highlights the parts are the wrong length.”

Dear Mr Lewis, I am very sorry we had not responded to you before, due to the high season we are inundated with contacts and we do our best to try and get back to everyone as soon as possible. I have reviewed the images you have included in your review and unfortunately it is built incorrectly and this is why the trampoline is larger than expected. The corner pieces would need to be the other way around, so the longer arm of the corner goes along the shorter side of the trampoline. This will be why the legs of the trampoline also will not reach the T-Connectors. I believe you have put the trampoline together to just show your concern but to confirm the spring holes need to be on the top side. I assume you have been able to assemble the trampoline since then but I will send you an email to confirm this. Thank you, Jumpking.

“I ordered a new pad for our trampoline. I hadn’t realised that this was the company we bought the actual trampoline from. My wife told me I ordered the wrong colour so i contacted the company to rectify my mistake. They were fantastic. They advised me that they’d gone through my previous orders with them and realised I had ordered one that wouldn’t fit our trampoline. They advised me to get a different one and they placed the order immediately. I was extremely happy with this level of service. No “buy more expensive” or “you’ll need this too”. Just simple concise advice and helpfulness. Delivered within a week in perfect condition. Would 100% recommend to anyone.”

“Poor quality. The trampoline bed arrived with a rip in and one of the v rings broke upon first use of the trampoline. This was the 8ft x 12ft combo pro version. Despite multiple attempts and emails to contact them they have not replied. Stay away.”
