“Excellent service after having been let down by another company where the item was pre ordered in may for a July delivery which now cannot be filled. Ordered on Friday, it was shpped out and arrived on Monday. This was the original trampoline we wanted but was out of our bedget at the time of ordering the other one and with the offer on last week on this trampoline we ended up with what we wanted.”

“Very happy with our trampoline. We got. 8x13 ft Oval. Order and delivery was excellent. Docked one point for the poor instructions. There were a few spellings errors and a definite mistake on it. I followed up with a phone call to the number offered and the lady I spoke to was able to clarify it. She was very pleasant.”

“If I knew it would be coming from China I would have ordered from temu, doesn't seem to be based in UK or eu sonics misusing the .eu domain. Hasn't arrived yet , using FedEx is probably the reason for that”

“Having inherited a jumpking trampoline from my sister that was 25 years old and still going strong, we decided to treat the grandkids to a huge one with a safety net around it! Ordered the 14 x 17ft oval one on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Friday...brilliant! It went together well, and they love it. Thank you Jumpking Team, you deliver a great product and super service. Well done.”

“Our first Jumpking trampoline (an OvalPod) lasted 8 years before it finally died – largely due to damage from being flipped over in a storm. I have just replaced it with an “Oval Ultra” trampoline and was really happy with the service from Jumpking. The new trampoline arrived, as promised, on a pallet 3 days after I ordered it. We had a couple of problems assembling the trampoline and so I called the number on the front the instruction book. I got straight through to a UK based lady who was very knowledgeable and gave me clear advice which solved the problems I was having. The new trampoline seems as well built as the old one so fingers crossed for another 8 years. If you are after a trampoline I would not hesitate to recommend Jumpking.”

“5* Review for Jumpking.eu I pre-ordered my item weeks before stock availability. It was dispatched on the day stock was due to come in and I was notified. Delivered a few days later, left in my safe space, no problems at all. Customer Service was also amazing.”

“Ordered and delivered within 3 days. It took longer than the 2 hours suggested to assemble as it was so large and required more than one person to help put pieces together. That said it is a beautiful, sturdy trampoline. There were a couple of minor issues which were resolved immediately although we had to wait for the replacement parts but this was not a problem. Customer services were brilliant. I would highly recommend this company and my granddaughters, both gymnasts, say it is brilliant.”

“We have been waiting for over a week for the delivery of our Trampoline. We have received some of the boxes but one is still missing preventing assembly. We are extremely disappointed in both the delivery and service we have received. We have seen a photo of the missing box in the back of a DX van but the box is quite badly damaged and obviously hasn't been taken care of.”

“Speedy delivery… literally 3 days. Nervous of some of the reviews, but so far, so good! 7 by 10 is defo a two man job but clear instructions & build quality looks good. Few compliments from the neighbours (everyone has them on our road) & obviously it’s a winner with the kids.”

“Trampoline arrived within a few days, assembly was pretty straightforward and kids very happy with the end result! Only comment is I can see netting not lasting too long due to weak looking holes for attaching to the frame. Overall though v pleased and would recommend”
