“Trampoline is great once up, however getting it up is a challenge. I attempted myself with a friend but we quickly had to call in professionals! Assembly took roughly 3 hours with two people. First problem was there are three parts to build one leg and none of the screw holes lined up to secure them together, so we had to just make sure it was all hammered in tight enough to not come apart. It’s seems sturdy enough! Also the elastics that secure the spring cover to the frame using the springs to tie it to snap off when bouncing, we have lost four already. Apart from that the rest seems fine, time will tell.”

“Very happy with our trampoline. We got. 8x13 ft Oval. Order and delivery was excellent. Docked one point for the poor instructions. There were a few spellings errors and a definite mistake on it. I followed up with a phone call to the number offered and the lady I spoke to was able to clarify it. She was very pleasant.”

“Trying to assemble this was a nightmare! Holes not lining up on the two black poles. Ending up having to use WD40 on the black poles and a piece of wood and mallet to bang the ends to get the poles slotted in enough for the holes to marry and only just, getting the bolts through was bad on 3 of the 4 poles. Once it was built it seems strong enough for my 11 year old but frame does sway a little. Only bought it as my son is Autistic and loves to swing and his conventional swing seat was too small for him now. He loves the new UFO swing though.”

“Trampoline order at a good price. Delivery arrived in 7 working days. Trampoline instruction were easy to follow although it took a good 3 hours to assemble!”

“Were very efficient. Follow up call for help happened next day, not very helpful. Trampoline VERY difficult to construct. Upright poles impossible to fit. Ended up having to take them apart and hammer them into the holes. To have it constructed was really expensive and not an option. Company good. Product very difficult!”

“Great product and customer service, we have had a Jump King Trampoline for several years and purchased spare to keep it in repair. We have however, just had to wait some 8 months for parts which has been very frustrating. Product is very good quality.”

“Trampoline seems good quality. Instructions not clear with illustrations inaccurate for first 3 pages. Needs to be clearer as to which way the connecting parts face.”

“No problem at all with the equipment itself. But the delivery service (TNT) was very poor. Waited all day for the delivery which did not arrive. It finally came the following day, with them trying to say we tried to change the delivery address,we had no reason to change it.”
