Customer service good. Responded immediately to queries regarding delivery before Christmas. Delivered in plenty of time. The trampoline is excellent but assembly was very difficult. It said 2 people 2 hours it took us nearly 4. Main issues were some of the poles wouldn't slot together as they were slightly deformed. Had to hammer at least 6 into shape. Some parts of instructions were unclear and we had to find photos of the assembled trampoline on the website to understand what to do e.g. where to thread the cord between the net and the trampoline. That said now assembled it looks sturdy and great to bounce on. Hopefully it will last many years!

I did not know it was Chinese made but soon found out, poor instructions, holes not aligning etc, slippery steps up into the cage, very stiff zip - needs to be waxed.

The experience is acceptable. Quality of trampoline delivered is very good. However the website and way of ordering December 2023 was a disaster. Website changed during process, reactions from Jumpking came in spam and were not tracable to the required product and payment was not quit easy via ideal. Finally with great support from customer service Amanda all was solved. Even the contact with transport Dachser.

I ordered a trampoline costing over £800 For my daughters 9th Birthday , delivery was the end of July . I got a call saying they had 2 of my trampolines in stock but the boxes were damaged, but trampolines we're fine and,did I want one of them as delivery would be the next day ,Thursday 20th of July which was actually my daughters birthday. So I said yes , we started putting it together and Realised there was multiple parts missing....... Got in touch with jumpking and they sent the missing parts out next day delivery which should have been on the Saturday but they never came till the Monday . The Trampoline is brilliant and Customer service lady was 10/10 . Just Don't accept a damaged box as it was very frustrating and took 6 more days till we could actually build it for the birthday girl.

Called to check which replacement net we needed and felt it was slightly odd to be referred back to the website to order rather than the person just taking my order. Delivery was slower than hoped too.

Good trampoline, some nice improvements since I bought the last one. However some parts were damaged and despite two emails to customer service I’ve yet to get a reply.

Item arrived promptly. Setup was a a bit tricky with several holes need not lining up correctly so had to drill/file some extra holes. The main frame poles snapped easily so we needed to tape it together to make it work. Biggest issue at the moment payment - I selected through Klarna and Jumpking still have not acknowledged the payment so my bank reverted the payment. Klarna can't proceed until it happens.

Dear Chris, I am very sorry to read this. I have left a message on your phone, please do call me to discuss. Under no circumstance should you be required to tape any poles together or drill holes. Instructions were awful my husband works in construction and can build anything but this was just terrible so need to provide better and safer instructions to put it together

I bought the rectangle ufo swing for my sons birthday paid £209 and it went on sale within the week! At around £175 Very disappointed in the price drop.

Very quick to deliver trampoline but one of the boxes was broken to the extend the whole top of the box was open. When laying out all the poles we were then missing 3 so had to wait another 4 days well a week with the bank holiday to be able to start to build the product !

Hello, I am very sorry your trampoline box was damaged during the delivery and parts fell out. We resolved this as quickly as possible, having received the email on our return after the Bank Holiday, the missing parts were dispatched the same day as the email was received. I am sorry this delayed your use of the trampoline, we always try and resolve issues as quickly as possible, as happened in this case.

5 replacement springs ordered only 3 arrived in a Royal Mail bag apologising that the original packaging was broken by the contents and may be missing items. Update - Replacement springs sent through quickly with an apology, trampoline now back in action.

Was disappointed that on receipt of the trampoline, bought as a gift for my grandchildren some of the pads had tears in and one of the springs was rusty. The company have replaced the damaged parts, still waiting for a new spring though, but still disappointed when buying a gift to find damaged parts

Welding poor on frame as there are gaps and 'metal spots' from welding process nott wire brushed before painting which may lead to rust in the future. Trampoline bed gas stitching that look wavy and D rings bent during fitting of springs, they are a very soft metal and pull out from plastic holders easily. Job looks very rushed. Delivery good. Kids enjoying it so that is good and it looks great.

The 11' X 16' is not springy enough for an year old to do high jumps on. Delivery communication was all very good.

Although initially very happy with our trampoline, I have to say I am disappointed with customer service. I need some replacement parts and it is sad to say that these are out of stock. I’ve just been told it could be a month or more before these parts are back in stock. For the price we paid for our Zorb trampoline this is just not good enough. We thought buying an expensive trampoline would ensure long life and spare part availability but perhaps buying a cheaper one every year would be the best option after all. I won’t recommend Jumpking to anyone

Very good trampoline and service, however the instructions supplied were terrible, using confusing language, omitting key information that could only be discovered through trial and error and including drawings that didn't represent the parts accurately (not showing unique characteristics of parts etc)
